Anna is an excellent and usually very responsive when we have something would like to seek her assistance. The villa is amazing and we spent 3 weeks in here, still found it not enough and would love to stay longer if we could. We are welcome with a sparkling champagne, and snacks. Everything is clean and maintained very well. The backyard is so beautiful having the lake with all the duckies, seagulls and gooses swimming around every day to make you feel very calm and peaceful. it's just so close to all the supermarkets and daily essentials need at down town by car for 10 mins. Some good restaurants around to make your day easy just if you are not fancy to cook your own meal but her kitchen equipped every well that can easily cook too if you like to. We enjoyed very much in the villa last 3 weeks with Anna's awesome hospitality during our stay. Highly recommend if you come to Melbourne and wants to escape a bit from the city life, here is the best option for you.

House was big & spacious. Enough room for all of us. It was in nice & quiet neighbourhood. Good 25 minutes ride to city. Good host.

Ocean and Mountain View Villa is a luxurious and very nice large apartment with two great balconies. Also, Apollo Bay is a really nice location at the beautiful Great Ocean Road and close to several fantastic waterfalls and other great nature. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Had a wonderful stay here. Julia was great at providing instructions and some local recommendations. The house was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed during the stay. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in Apollo Bay.

Amanda’s place was perfect for our family visit, with a great location just seconds away from Beaumaris concourse. Clean, comfortable, nice outdoor seating area, and Amanda was an excellent communicator.

Very nice clean little bungalow perfect for couples. Owners were very welcoming and friendly.

Lana’s villa was the perfect spot for a mid-summer family getaway! Not only was it cute, clean and fully equipped, It was walking distance to beautiful beaches, local cafes, playgrounds and shops. Lana was super quick to respond to messages and so helpful when needed. We had a wonderful time in her lovely space & can’t wait to be back again soon!

The place had everything we needed for a comfortable 5 night stay with two adults and 2 young children. Short drive to restaurants, supermarkets, Geelong foreshore and great base to explore the great ocean road. Would be happy to stay again.

Honestly our best Air BnB experience to date. Fantastic property, with fantastic hosts. Our family of 6 had plenty of space and plenty to do! I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great large size house with plenty of space to enjoy. This property was so easy to find, just off the main road. The spa was delightful, the colder weather ( Mid June ) was a bit chilly outside, but the water temp was perfect. A wonderful getaway home, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We had an absolutely awesome stay at Craig’s house in Rye. The heated pool was spectacular and very relaxing. The grass area was great for kids to run around and play and the house was warm with nice modern bathrooms. We also loved that it was pet-friendly. Rye was a great area to holiday with lots to do for both teenagers and younger ones. Craig was very responsive, friendly and helpful as a host, and we definitely hope to return another year. Thank-you!!!

We stayed at beachside Grove for the weekend as we had a wedding nearby. It is a beautiful house, clean and exactly as the photos show. The house had everything we needed and more. Lovely outdoor spaces, pool and BBQ area. We will definitely stay again next time we are on the peninsula

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed. Everything is perfect, but my main highlights include: - spotlessly clean! The house even smelled amazing when we arrived. - thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and card for our arrival. - incredible kitchen, if you’re planning to cook while you’re there it has everything you need and more. The knives are great quality, the instant boiling water, the platters and bowls for entertaining, it’s all there. - the bathrooms are spacious and well designed. - the linen is great quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. - the aircon worked beautifully, even on the really hot days/nights. - the pool was fantastic. Great size for teenagers and the spa was enjoyed by the adults most nights. - the laundry has quality washer and dryer, and a Dyson vacuum for a quick vacuum. - walking distance to great coffee at Koonya General store. - Katie was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend!

We were fortunate enough to stay here for almost a month and it did not disappoint! House was beautifully decorated and clean! Equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable long term stay. Annika was incredible helpful and responsive whenever we had any questions. Could not fault! High recommend the property on the beautiful, peaceful lake ❤️

This was our second time here and we loved it just as much as the first. It's just great for pets: the enclosed yard is spacious so you can just let the doggo go outside and wander without worrying. The broader grounds are lovely. You feel like you are out in the country but if you forgot something, the Torquay shops are just a 10 min drive away. The animals, trampoline, pool, and ping pong are all great for the whole family. Terry is just lovely to chat with and very helpful if you need anything. Finally, check out the Great Ocean Road nursery and café just two doors down — delicious food and coffee and a very pleasant spot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

The house was perfect for our large group with ample sleeping and space to spread out, relax and enjoy the property.

Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Easy to park and great for large families. The lake view from the yard is truly stunning. Those with kids will enjoy the opportunity to feed the geese and ducks that come right up to your yard. The place is sparkling clean and host is very responsive to all our queries.

The house is so open and spacious exactly what we needed for the family. The backyard is small, but there’s a wonderful park 5mins walk, and small shopping center 15mins walk away that I could pick up whatever we needed. Area is safe and quiet.

Couldn't be more positive about Ria's property. Not cheap but great value with a premium property well suited to our large family short stay - or any other medium group requirement. Pet friendly was a huge bonus. Property has multiple hang outs suitable for full group and the bespoke roof top area was a great bonus (and cigar spot!). Couple of minor issues that Ria sorted pronto! We'll be back.

If you’re looking for a luxury escape this it certainly it! A modern home which has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The master suite has the most comfortable bed and an ensuite which simply must be seen to be believed. The pool and spa were great, love the temperature of the spa for cool days and evenings.
