The Vineyard Penthouse - Beautiful Inside & Out

Although there are other guest on the property you will have this space to call your own and enjoy. ~ 5 min from Lake Winnipesukee, 20 min to Wolfeboro, 20 min to Gunstock and 25 min to Bank of Pavilion

The Barn

Welcome to The BARN! You can expect to feel tucked away in the trees in this cozy, rustic, yet chic space. Thoughtful lighting, fine linens and furnishings with a spacious and private deck off the back to sit and enjoy nature or entertain. Miles of wooded forest is this location; if you’re looking to escape the city or a busy life, this is the perfect place to explore, relax and revive. At the main house (across the way), there are horses, barn kitties, cattle dogs and other friendly animals.

One of a kind equine estate w/indoor pool, hot tub, billiards, and a cooks kitchen. The 4 bdrm, loft & common areas accommodate 16 ppl. max w/6,000 sq. ft. everyone will have space to relax. This estate is literally a home w/in a home. The addition was built around the original log cabin. Wind Hill Farm is a 78 acre working equestrian facility, take a riding lesson on property. Local attractions include apple orchards, NH Speedway, Lakes Region, Gunstock Mountain & NH State Capital, Concord.

The Tent on Beaver Pond

We are offering a beautiful, COMFORTABLE, option to camping. Our off grid tent comes with all the comforts of home including a wood stove and reading nook! It is nestled into a hemlock grove overlooking the active beaver pond. Walking trails and local activities at a stones throw. If you have a small boat or kayaks- BRING them! We have space in the yard and lots of local places to send you to get good use out of them. Please do not use on our pond. We have a boat available for use.

The Concordian - Walk to White Park, Downtown, UNH

A quiet and beautiful updated second-floor apartment steps away from downtown Concord. The apartment is attached to a historic 1800’s New Englander home and has a fully renovated bathroom (as of 12/1/24!), full kitchen, one bedroom, a living/dining room with a pullout mattress with topper, plus two walk-in closets. Additionally, we provide air conditioning, high-speed internet, and Netflix for guests. The space is professionally cleaned AND linens are professionally laundered!

Discover the perfect retreat in Canterbury, NH! Our 1 bed, 1 bath unit is a cozy haven, centrally located for lakes and mountain adventures. Spanning 850 sq ft, it offers comfort with a queen size bed and a pull-out couch to sleep a total of 4. Nestled by snowmobile trails, minutes from Highland Mountain Bike Park, Canterbury country club, and the historic Shaker Village. Unwind in nature's embrace. December-February can be icy. Winter tire or 4x4 vehicle recommended.

The Lady Grand at Northfield

Comfy, Private, First Floor Appartment. Self Check-In, Parking New England vacation rental within walking distance to our scenic historic main street. Centrally located to bike parks, white water park, numerous skiing and hiking options. In an hour's drive, it is possible to be at the shore, in the mountains or one of our great cities! Our guest suite has a private entrance to a mud room and is fully furnished, full kitchen and bath and can sleep up to 6 people.

A - Farmhouse Apartment on a Cattle Farm

The apartment has a full private kitchen with a dishwasher. Breakfast is not provided. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. We allow pets, but if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the apartment, dogs and cats must stay in an appropriate crate. We reserve the right to enter the apartment if an unattended pet is noisy or is not in a crate. The bathroom tub's bubbling jets do not work.

Bright ‘n Cozy Cottage in Concord

The Cottage is attached to our 1880 New Englander. We live right next door to the Cottage with our two pups. You will have the entire guest suite to yourself. Enter through the door off of the deck. The kitchen and living room are on the first floor and the bathroom is located between the first and second floors. One bedroom has a full-size mattress and the other has two twin beds.

Pastoral Farm in NH

Cozy private get away. A little bigger than a tiny house, apart from the main farm house and barns on a beautiful hill top setting. Sit and relax , take a walk through the fields or if your feeling a little more adventurous explore the beaver pond or hike out to picnic rock. This is country living in NH. *Please note that we are 8/10ths of a mile out on a dirt road.
