Eric’s place was perfect for me and my husband’s anniversary get-away. The beach is about a 5 minute walk and there are also great restaurants within walking distance. Eric is very proactive with communicating and responsive. The place was extremely clean and well-maintained. We had a perfect vacation!

The condo was excellent and was exactly as described. Loved how close it was to the beach and walkable to shopping, restaurants and activities. Can’t wait to come back!

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

Great place in center location to tampa/clearwater/St Petersburg attractions such as beaches, bike paths and restaurants. The room is perfect for 2 people. It has everything you need and an amazing Waterview from balcony. You can see the sunset every evening right from the balcony room!

Amazing place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!!! The cottage is adorable with a gorgeous view and you can’t beat walking right out the back door to the beach! We love staying here!

Randy's place is great. A beachfront gem. We love authentic, old fashioned places that maintain their charm. This spot had everything we were looking for in a family beach vacation. The location right on the beach cannot be beat. The views were wonderful. We loved having beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and towels. We hope to make it back one day.

Stayed for a weekend and everything was perfect! The location is amazing, right next to John’s pass and Madeira Beach. Nice little condo complex, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was as described inside. Would go back again, very happy with our stay.

Our stay was great! We were able to rent loungers and umbrellas making it easy and comfortable to be on the beach. The location is one of the best units in the complex with a direct view of the beach. It was wonderful to watch the sunset comfortably from the balcony each night.

The house was well stocked and very clean. The pool was at a perfect temperature and also clean. Location was great, close to many restaurants and beaches. Great for a family vacation with little ones. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The only downside (to be expected) is the number of biting bugs in the morning/evening - there were no outdoor screened in areas, and there were a lot of raccoons that came into the backyard at night. Not a great place to spend nights outside, but this is discouraged by the host understandably, as the house is in a neighborhood with mostly locals. All in all it was a great experience and we would recommend it to friends/family, and stay again.

Great location. Good amenities for the price. Dishwasher was not working and Anna got us a dish rack right away. Extremely communicative and timely in response.

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. A heartfelt thank you to Scott for making our trip memorable!

Excellent location. Included beach chairs, towels, umbrella and a cooler. Even had a bidet attachment in the main bathroom! Great spot.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and right on the beach. Dave was very responsive and made great recommendations on local restaurants. We will definitely rent this unit again!

This was a great getaway for us, even though it was for a few short days. The house was spotless and the pool/spa were extremely relaxing. The area had lots to do and see and the sunsets were like nothing else. We enjoyed every aspect of this hidden gem and can't wait to find an excuse to come back to relax all over again.

There was four of us who went on this trip. We had a WONDERFUL TIME. We loved our condo and the location. We went e-bike riding, Kyacking, Boating, Jet Sking and Comedy Clubs. We had dinners galore! And everthing was so close to our condo. I would sugest this place to anyone! We had a blast! But more importantly, Dave took great care of us! He checked in on us to make sure we were okay. And even bought or group a bottle of Tiquilla! He was so nice. The condo was beautiful and has absolutely everything you could possibly need on a trip. We plan to stay there again in the future. I really cant say enough about this place. We had a great time.

This house was perfect for our spring break mother daughter trip. The morning sunrise over the bay with a Nespresso coffee on the deck couldn’t be beat! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and it was nice to be able to use the lounge chairs and bar/food service at Caddy’s. The sunsets from the beach are amazing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor for guests who may have issues going up the spiral staircase with luggage. Priscilla was so friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond.

Place was very nice, perfect location. A few suggestions would be to have something for shade on the patio, you cannot sit out there in the afternoon, sun is directly on you and there was allot of bird droppings which is disgusting. Also a mop for the floors, they we’re pretty dirty and some cleaning supplies.

Great location. Walk to everything. Quiet back by the bay, nice dock for relaxing or cast a line.

We had a great stay at Ocean Pearl! Communication with the host was excellent. The beach and local restaurants were super close and convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was just as expected. Beautiful, clean and in the perfect location! Beautiful view of the ocean and right across the street from all the action at Johns pass. Our family felt right at home and there was everything you needed and more for the stay. The host was very tentative and communicated well with us. Definitely will be booking again!

We had a great stay at Lisa's place! We visited Gulfport last year and loved it so much we came back. The neighbourhood is so warm and friendly. It is the perfect combination of being vibrant with activity during the day and peacefully quiet at night. Lisa's property itself is delightful! Charming decor with comfortable couches and beds. The ceiling fans were great for ventilation with open windows, which were great for getting fresh air while we slept. The walls are thick enough that while you can occasionally hear that there are other occupants in the other units, it's not loud enough to be bothersome. The backyard was a beautiful place to just sit and relax and enjoy the view or read a book, with plenty of options for sun or shade, whatever you feel like!

Enjoyed the stay. Wasn’t too crowded during our 4 day respite. Some amenities close by as well. 👍😃
