A shop is located next door. Bars and restaurants are situated on the coast line. Bakar is only a short drive away from lovely beaches on the south side, and Kostrena, Rijeka, Opatija and Istria on the west side. A two hours drive will also take you to beautiful National park of Plitvička jezera( lakes) and Venice, Italy.

We are situated in the very center of city of Rijeka, on the seafront only a minute walk to the main city promenade Corso. Bus and railway stations are just nearby. Quick and easy access to all kinds of cultural, tourist and all other town facilities; restaurants, shops, banks, post offices, museums, pharmacies... In the neighbourhood there is the town market and larger number of restaurants with varied cuisine. Parking is located directly in front of the entrance and is free for my guests

The Terrace

This studio apartment for two is situated above Mošćenicka Draga. The best thing about studio is magnificent view on the Kvarner gulf which you will never forget. You have 4 km of road from the Adriatic sea and from the one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia...Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1km from Mošćenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

Sadrži jednu veliku spavaću sobu, kupaonicu sa tušem, kuhinju i dnevni boravak sa sofom koja se pretvara u udoban ležaj za dvoje ljudi. Gosti imaju free wifi i internet tv na korištenje kao i klima uređaj. Velika terasa sa pogledom na more i na vanjski bazen sa stolom za ručanje uljepšati će vaš godišnji odmor. Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

Relax in this cozy and nicely decorated accommodation. The studio is located in the center of the small town of Sveti Vid-Miholjice, just above Malinska. It is about 1 km away from the center of Malinska and the beach, a 15-minute walk. The place is very quiet and perfect for relaxation and rest. 100 m from the house there is a small shop with basic necessities and large shopping centers are about 500 m from the house. Parking is in the yard.
