The studio has its own large bathroom, as well as a seating area, and a terrace. Apt. B53 is located in the Borovets Gardens complex, a 7-minute walk from the gondola station. The building has a security and free guests parking.

Sapareva Kashta is a modern maisonette that combines the comfort of a modern house with the cosines of a mountain villa with a wooden scent. The Villa itself is very spacious! It provides a well-equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, lounge area, dining area for 8 people as well as a nice spacious shower/bathroom.
