Beautiful home and convenient location. The lanai with the pool was our favorite part! It was clean, well kept and had everything you needed. We will be back for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Delroy’s house. It was brand new and was extremely clean. It was bright and beautifully decorated. The office space was fantastic. We really liked the neighborhood. It was quiet and walkable. We really enjoyed sitting outside under the covered lanai watching the wildlife in the canal. Delroy was also very responsive. We highly recommend and would love to come back next year.

Needed a place for a quick trip to Florida and we found the perfect fit. Clean, cute and spacious 3 bedroom house with everything we needed. Spotless house with a great kitchen and living room, it’s bigger than what’s in the pictures. Host was fantastic, very responsive and provided great recommendations for the local spots. Would definitely stay here again!

Wow! We enjoyed our stay in Andreina's home! The house was beautiful! It was clean and smelled wonderful. We did not see one bug our entire stay. The decorations and furniture were very beachy. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possible need. Andreina provided body wash and shampoo. The backyard was amazing! There were beautiful palm trees and flowering plants. We enjoyed walking around the pathways to the pretty waterview. The natural setting was relaxing. We saw birds, geckos and rabbits. There were many options for sitting comfortably in lounge chairs, at tables, a swing or by the fire pit. Our routine was to have our morning coffee in the yard and benefit from the peaceful environment. We enjoyed watching the sunset on Manasota Beach which was a 5 minute drive away. Andreina was very responsive with any questions. I would highly recommend renting this home away from home if you are in the area. It was a lucky find and we hope to stay there again.

Perfect spot for our one night stay

Beautiful home, responsive host, the pool was our favorite. We used it everyday. Only negative is that it isn’t very private, neighbors are fairly close and you can see in their lanai as well as ours. But all in all the neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and has grocery stores right around the corner. Would recommend visiting Venice beach for shelling/shark tooth finding and siesta key beach for white soft sand!

Home was well stocked with essentials & had very peaceful & beautiful surroundings. I tried to make it a point to watch the sunset every night as its really something to watch from the screened in sunroom. If your into the outdoors you can sit on the new dock & occasionally see some gators. Felt like home for our 3 month stay :)

Marti was very quick to respond if i had a question. She supplies the guest with extra things like beach chairs and shell sifter and extra stuff guest can use ,instead of guest having to go buy or bring.

Enjoyed my solo stay here for 3 nights. Quaint, quiet, nice space for one person (or two!) Had everything I needed though I did not spend much time on the property. Clean, comfortable bed. Host reached out frequently to inquire about my experience and offered help as required.

This cute, quiet place was in a great location within walking distance to restaurants, activities and access to the beach. The host made sure to have all essentials on hand to make for a home away from home feeling. I would’ve liked to have access to We loved this spot and would return for sure!

Our stay at Te’s was absolutely perfect. The space is exactly as described—super cozy, warm, and welcoming, with great energy throughout. It felt like a little sanctuary. She was responsive and went the extra mile to allow us an early check in and recommend a dinner spot for us to celebrate. Every detail contributed to a genuinely wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
