The Nest

Located just across the street from Lincoln Park, a family friendly park with walking paths. Upstairs is a Cozy Rustic Farmhouse studio with a 1940's charm. Exceptionally clean! Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay!

Casita is in a secured gated community with security patrol in Manteca. Casita has a separate private entrance with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room and a full bathroom. AC unit is controlled in the main house, not in the casita. Room 1: king size bed with double doors leading to the living room. Room 2: queen size bed There is a walk in closet, full bathroom with a shower. Refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, hot plate -Please note there is NOT a full kitchen-

Located in a quite cul-de-sac, this one bedroom in-law suite is totally self contained with its own private entrance, patio and yard. The patio is designed for relaxation with a gas fire pit and outdoor chairs for that quiet chilled evening. It has a laundry unit, kitchenette basic kitchenware, coffee maker, fridge/freezer and microwave. Independent heating and AC, spacious bathroom, work space area and lounge area with 50 inch smart TV. Wi-Fi included.
