The house is an 1838 barn with old beams and rafters, and modern finishes of hemlock, red oak, and western red cedar throughout.

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Amazing location, plenty of privacy with an acre of land but only a 5 minute walk to town. Our house is located at the edge of the village near 2 dead end streets. The driveway is off of one of the dead end streets so there is no car traffic past our house. Complete privacy when in the yard or sitting on deck.

The Bungalow is super private and still right on Main Street in Halcottsville. we have six goats and a mini horse named Batman. No cats allowed only dogs under 20 pounds and you need to let us know..
