Die neuwertige Wohnung ist ländlich modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Frasdorf liegt zu Füßen der Chiemgauer Berge, eingebettet in die sanften Hügel des Voralpenlandes. Nur acht Kilometer vom Chiemsee und Simssee entfernt. Zentral zwischen München und Salzburg und fernab von Hektik und Stress und das zu jeder Jahreszeit.

Unser Appartementhaus liegt in ruhiger Lage mit Bergblick im Hochtal WERFENWENG/Salzburger Land. Das Ortszentrum und der Badesee sind 1 km entfernt. Restaurants zu Fuß in 10 Min. oder in 2 Automin. erreichbar. BERGBAHNEN Werfenweng 2 km, OBERTAUERN 49 km, Ski AMADE und Therme AMADE 25 km. Viele Ausflugsziele sind in der Nähe. Eisriesenwelt, Burg Hohenwerfen, Eagles Nest und Königsee/Berchtesgaden, Stadt Salzburg 45 km. Hallstatt, Großglockner Hochalpenstraße in 1 Autostunde erreichbar.

Traumhaftes Bergidyll, herrliche Aussicht auf Hohen Göll, Watzmann, Kalter, Untersberg,... , ganztags Sonne, ein sensationeller Balkon. Nicht umsonst wurde hier die Anfangssequenz von "Sound of music" gedreht...Bad, Küche hochwertig und neu, Ausstattung gemütlich und traditionell. Mit Solar-und Holzscheitheizung, sowie neuer PV-Anlage wohnt ihr absolut klimaneutral. Internet vorhanden , aber langsam. Hühner, Schafe, Katzen, Alm, Kinder willkommen, kleiner Spielplatz, Bullerbü auf den Bergen!

Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Ein romantisches Studio in einer kleiner Ortschaft in unmittelbarer Nähe von Salzburg. Nur 25 min. mit dem Bus trennen dich von der Stadt. Der Bus fährt durch die schönsten Teile von Salzburg : Schloß Hellbrunn, Zoo Anif, Untersberg mit der Untersbergbahn. Außerdem ist die Schokoladenfabrik, die Schellenberger Eishöhle, das Waldbad Anif und die Königsseeache nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door.
