When you step outside you are treated to views of hot air balloons in the morning and sky divers throughout the day when the sky is clear. This cozy 3-bedroom home, beautifully designed and furnished for couples, groups, and families alike, is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac within minutes from Main Street Bothell, McMenamins Anderson School House, and Woodinville Wine Country. Explore the PNW through nature trails and hikes, sit in a cafe, or enjoy a brew at one of the local hot spots. Downtown Seattle is a 25 minutes drive (traffic depending). We accommodate 6 people in beds plus provide a queen size air mattress.

The Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

Cute tiny house 5 minutes from Snohomish. Loft ladder is steep! Sits on family property of 6 acres. The bathroom comes equipped with all the amenities plus washer/dryer. Nice kitchen with fridge, stove and kitchenwares. We have 2 teenagers, 2 dogs and we run a custom cabinet shop on the property. Again…the loft ladder is STEEP…use at your own risk!! We take no responsibility for injuries during your stay.
