this is the … you know, i don’t even know what time at this point as my friends and i have made it a tradition to stay here twice per year for the last 3? 4? 5 years? john’s place never ceases to amaze me especially this time w/ multiple renovations including a master bedroom downstairs! can’t say enough good things, look forward to booking in the fall, thank you so much john!

Rebecca is so awesome! I hope to book a stay at her lake house location next! We loved the deck/porch out back - it was soooo relaxing and peaceful. There was even construction happening next door but it didn’t bother us because we enjoyed our time so much! Thanks for being an amazing host :-)

The red point lighthouse was all you can dream of for a beachside vacation and more! The house feels even bigger than the pictures make it seem and everything was clean. The beach isn’t private but it’s rarely ever crowded since it’s reserved for residents of the area. You’re not within walking distance of restaurants or stores but we didn’t think that was a problem at all; we stocked up on our way down and even passed a house selling eggs and homemade cinnamon buns which we bought for breakfast one day. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back!

Our stay in North Beach was lovely! This was the perfect getaway for us, our 11-month old baby, and our dog. The house came equipped with all features as-advertised, including the hot tub, Peloton equipment, and coffee gear (all of which we used). Our dog loved the sunny lookouts, and our baby loved crawling and climbing the many stairs. (The house was extremely clean, and we had no qualms letting the baby crawl everywhere.) Kim and Scott were especially responsive; there was a brief issue the night we arrived, and they were right over to fix it in-person. We will definitely be back!

There aren’t enough positive things I can say about this rental. Our entire family had a blast, and the kids especially enjoyed fishing right off the dock. The house was clean and well maintained. We would absolutely rent this place again in the future.

We found Paul’s home very comfortable and accommodating. Paul was accessible when we reached out to him and he communicated well with us. It was a very nice location with a fantastic view of the bay, as we hoped for.

What a gem of a place! So cute and cozy. A great location! Loved all the natural light that came in through the big windows. Everything was so clean yet very comfortable. Enjoyed walking the beach. Found sharks teeth and sea glass! Such a great surprise to find such treasures! Lisa was so very kind and accommodating. Appreciated the extras like coffee, bottled water, shampoo etc and she brought some wood for a cozy fire. They really worked hard at making our stay very comfortable. Definitely will be coming back. But plan on a longer stay because there is so much more in the area to check out!

This was my second stay here. since I was here last Lisa & John have added a beautiful addition onto the home. The space is so welcoming. we love how peaceful the area is. we saw deer & bunnies every day! The decor throughout the home is lovely, you really don't want to ever leave the house. Once again it was impeccably clean and so we'll stocked. We can't wait to return. Thank you!

What a joy and gift to stay at Lonny’s place. You can’t ask for a better view! Everything was great, and the small issue with communication was quickly rectified. I can’t wait to stay here again with my family.

A haven of peace right next to the sea. Very clean and big enough for 6 people. My boys loved the pool and the pickelball court. Finally, there are plenty of activities to do in this city and the condo is close to everything. We will come back for sure ☺️

We had a great stay at Valerie’s condo, it was a great space for our group of 6 and had everything we needed. Valerie was very responsive for any questions we had!

Andrew could not have been a better host. He was especially responsive even when were checking in late. It was truly a great experience

Katherine’s place is a great stay! The view from the balcony is lovely and the photos online are accurate. The bed was also probably the most comfortable bed we’ve ever had at an Airbnb. The location is just a few blocks from the start of the boardwalk and there are many restaurants within quick walking distance. It is very closer to one of the Jolly Roger locations that has a water park and a go kart section. It is however a longer walk (over 30 blocks) from the busiest part of the boardwalk. Because of this though it makes the are much quieter so it all depends on what you are looking for. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again! In addition Kathryne was very responsive and even ordered and extra fire stick for one of the rooms so we could try and get Disney+ in there for our kids - above and beyond. Thank you for a great stay.

The place was optimum for our mini vacay. We absolutely loved the area, it was peaceful and relaxing and the amenities were just right. Jaqueline remained open and available for communication and was very clear in her expectations of us as guest. Definitely 5 Stars!

Great stay at a fantastic location. This property has a lot to offer with four bedrooms and three decks, lots of comfortable seating and just a 3-minute walk to the beach. We had an enjoyable weekend and would certainly come back again.

We had a wonderful time at John‘s condo! The location can’t be beat and it offered everything we needed. We had little issue with the dishwasher and washing machine, but John responded very promptly and took care of everything quick as could be. Highly recommend!

Michael's place was perfect for our spring break getaway. I really liked the laid back beach vibe and how kid friendly the house was. The kids were able to walk to beach themselves and had a great time on the trampoline! We loved seeing who could find the most shark teeth.

The unit was clean, comfortable, and as described. It is not large, but was all we needed for our stay. The best part was definitely how helpful, communicative, and responsive Michelle and her team were. We were never left in doubt or without the information we needed.

My family really enjoyed our stay! The most amazing part of the home is the private beach right outside your back door! Absolutely beautiful to wake up to the sunrise each morning. The location was great, quick drive into town (under 10 minutes) where you have access to incredible restaurants, pubs, shopping and the Naval Academy rich with history. Also easy access to supermarkets, pharmacies…etc. this was our first trip to Annapolis and the house and location did not disappoint. The hosts were very kind and responsive and the house felt very cozy with lots of natural light and amenities.

My friends and I came down for the OCMD Cruisin Event, we had 11 people in our group and 10 cars. To say there was more than enough space is an understatement. We all fit comfortably with the sleeping arrangements and there was plenty of parking space to fit all of the cars on the property. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Having the huge back porch was amazing, for late night hangout sessions. The owners were also great to communicate with about what we needed to bring. Our group had a great time, made great memories, and can’t wait to book this house again!

Teresa’s home was charming and relaxing. That’s the best words for it. The outside space was so peaceful. We absolutely loved the kayaks, making a fire, sitting outside listening to the waves, the beautiful sunset on the water, the quiet location. Very clean space. Had everything we needed. Coffee station was very nice. Comfortable beds. My girls enjoyed the bunk beds. Loved the deep bathtub. Very relaxing! Very nice washer and dryer with all the cleaning supplies you need, kitchen utensils, plates, glassware, pots, pans. The neighbors have the absolute sweetest most gorgeous Great Danes I’ve ever seen. They came over to say hi when I built a fire. Super amazing people to speak to. So kind and down to earth. Town is a little ways off. I’m so used to being in a city and a coffee shop being a mile if I wanted an expresso. I would suggest stopping at the market and picking up everything you need in advance. Fridge is spacious so it’ll fit whatever you bring. Enjoyed it so much!

Place was a great location, next to the beach, almost on the boardwalk. We walked pretty much everywhere the entire weekend. Host communicated well with all directions and instructions for the property. Would definitely recommend. Ty Shelly!

What an amazing home! Bob was a great host. All of the rooms were very clean and there’s everything you will need at hand. Super comfortable beds. The views of the river are incredible with so many places to relax from the living areas to the outdoor deck on the second floor. The screened in porch was so comfortable. Fishing from the dock was a joy and just a great place to hang out and enjoy the water with our family. My son caught his first fish off the dock! The kitchen is a cook’s dream. Again, theres everything you need to prepare meals. Loved the huge kitchen island! Don’t forget to just stand and enjoy the view of the dock and river from the kitchen window. The downstairs den and bar area was just perfect for relaxing and watching tv. The house is on a cul de sac with only a few homes…very peaceful. We loved this place and plan on coming back again for our next trip! Thank you Bob for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!
