Arabelle’s place was ideal for the 3-generations of our family to visit our daughter. Nice large living space and comfortable bedding for sleeping. The location was perfect for us - about 1 mile from the bridge to Annapolis and in a quiet part of Eastport. Hosts were effective communicators and quite quiet above, as the accommodation is under the main house. Definitely hope to stay again on our next visit.

It is always a pleasure to stay in this unit. Walkable to The Avenue. Close to the highway and public transportation. Quiet and comfortable. An off street parking space is a huge plus! You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I along with our dog Cash had a wonderful stay at Tom and Jen's place. It was very spacious and the view was spectacular. The fenced in yard was great for our dog who loved meeting and playing with their dog. Tom and Jen chatted with us when we first arrived and made us feel very welcome. The neighborhood was very peaceful and we really enjoyed taking our dog for walks during our visit. Everything was perfect! We would love to stay there again next time we're in Chestertown.

Cal and Colleen are very friendly, hospitable, and a goldmine of local information. The suite was well equipped and comfortable with a roomy sitting room and great outdoor space.

My parents came to Maryland for the first time to visit us and spend time with their granddaughter and they were so happy in Melissa’s place! They had everything they needed to have a comfortable and restful stay. You would barely know this is a basement unit with its spaciousness, kitchen area, living room and even sunlight through the bedroom window. Everything was immaculately clean, the bed was comfortable, and they’re within walking distance to a beautiful park. The only challenge they encountered was the step into the bathroom but we knew about that in advance thanks to Melissa’s proactive communication and transparency. Melissa was so responsive and it was a relief to me to know my parents were in a safe, clean and lovely place within walking distance of us. Now they’re excited to visit us again and stay in Melissa’s place!

We (three of us) really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer and Dan’s River Bend Retreat. The accommodations were excellent. The three of us were very comfortable throughout our stay. Two stayed in the queen bed room (which includes a very nice sitting room) and one in the bunk bed room. As soon as we arrived we walked (about 10 minutes) on the C&O canal trail to Taylor’s Landing on the Potomac which has a beautiful view of the river’s bend. The house’s location was very accessible to the Antietam Battlefield, Sharpsburg, Sheperdstown and Harper’s Ferry (which we visited all in one day). We found Jennifer to be very pleasant and very responsive to any questions we had through messages on the Airbnb app. The rates we paid for the experience were very reasonable! Not to mention the gratis snacks and drinks that Jennifer had thoughtfully laid out for us! We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. I expect to stay there again in the future!

We stayed at James’ place while in town for a family function. The home was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all that we needed! Everything was very clean. James provided extra items when requested and we were able to do a load of laundry too! The location is beautiful and extra bonus for all of the eco friendly touches.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was as if we were staying at our creative friends’ really cool home. Had been planning to do some local hiking, but the weather didn’t cooperate. Instead, we had a peaceful morning enjoying the view of the creek and critters and took the dog out for a walk on the sculpture trail during a break in the rain. Sarah was an excellent host, proactively giving all the instructions we needed. The property has all the amenities you might need, with everything thoughtfully labeled and easy to find. The host has thought of every detail to ensure a comfortable and easy stay, and the art in the place complements the natural surroundings and makes your stay that much more interesting and fun. Highly recommend. Hope to stay there again.

Our stay at Jim's place in Frederick was great! We were in town for a wedding and were about a 15-20 minute walk to any of the festivities. The place was easy to find with clear instructions and a seamless check-in process. The space was perfect for our needs - clean, quiet, and super close to one of the main streets where there were a ton of shops and restaurants. Lots of breweries in the area too. It was our first time in Frederick and Jim provided a binder with local recommendations that we took him up on and was available for help if needed. Definitely recommend this place for a nice weekend in Frederick!

I would definitely choose to stay here again if the opportunity arises. I really enjoyed it and it was extremely convenient. To help make your stay enjoyable as well, please read the description and communicate with the host to ask any questions. Know that there is no blackout blind in the bedroom. Also there is a mechanical or maybe water sound that has a low, constant drone near the bedroom. At the time of my stay, the young person of the house seemed to be up around 7:30ish and down at night around 7ish. Be prepared to get your feet wet if dew or rain as you have to walk through grass to get to the back of the house. Hope this helps.

This is my second time staying here and it was as good as the first time. Very quiet and comfortable space with thoughtful touches like the water filter and bedside phone chargers.

Jacob's place was a great location for research at NARA, there's a secret route through the woods to the archives from the house that doesn't show up on google maps, so it only took 20 minutes to walk there. The downstairs area where I stayed was spacious and well-furnished. Jacob also generously invited another visitor and me for breakfast on the final day at the International House of Pancakes. Thank you very much Jacob!

Great place to stay to visit mom while she was in Emeritus hospital, it’s right around the corner from the hospital, very convenient. We had my nephew along and he had plenty of room to play and use the air hockey table while adults conversed over coffee around the bar area. Very clean, beds were very comfortable, parking easy, nice safe neighborhood, plenty of towels, complimentary items were much appreciated!

Neat and nice place in a quiet environment. I ve stayed here before and i will come back anytime I'm in town .

We stayed a full week a Sheralee's and had a very nice stay. The kitchen, bathroom, and closets were well-stocked. Sheralee was very responsive to messages. Her home is in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood with the shops we needed, like groceries, very nearby. A great value and we hope to stay here again if we come back to the area in the future.

Maura’s place was quite adorable. The bed was comfortable and had wonderful linens and comforter. There were plenty of soft and cozy pillows, blankets, and poofs about. The kitchen was nicely stocked… I loved the choice of dishes. The one thing that was a little uncomfortable for my husband was the low part of the ceiling. He is 5’11” and it was about 2-3” too low for him. My favorite thing…. I grew up in MD, but haven’t lived there since the 90’s. Maura left a package of the famous Berger’s cookies; a favorite childhood treat. Thank you!!!

It was a beautiful home: the entertainment, cleanness, and modern vibes of the home made it great to stay in. I felt like I was at home. On top of that, Tebebe is a great person. Easy to work with, great response skills, and overall the best. His wife is also very nice. Will most definitely stay at his Airbnb when I visit again. Thank you so much, Tebebe! This is definitely the nicest Airbnb that I've stayed at in a long time! I really liked the space, it was really comfortable and felt like the sort of place that someone might actually live in comfortably, rather than a place that was always just intended for short-term stays. I really appreciated that. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was awesome--it had lots of counter space and everything I needed to make dinner with no trouble. And the hosts were very responsive and friendly! I'd definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

Great experience for my business trip! Safe and quiet neighborhood, good WiFi and close to anywhere if you have a car. I stayed for 4 nights and would recommend it to everyone who plans an extended stay in the area.

I honestly was blown away at the neatness and immediate comfortability I felt entering this Airbnb, It definitely had that familiar feeling like I was at home. I would definitely stay again plus the coffee options were amazing.

It is a nice, comfortable and cozy place in the proximity to DC. Modern and comfortable furniture, nicely decorated basement home. The home allows to do some cooking and can easily host a family of 4. The outdoor are is nice too. Easy to park the car and there is plenty to do in the area. Kathleen and Michael are nice and friendly hosts.
