Nearby is the historic city of Wilmington on the Cape Fear River. Parties and events are not allowed.

Updated 1930’s beach cottage located on an ocean front lot and just steps to the beach. Old school vintage charm with modern comforts. Top deck has amazing ocean views to the north and south and the living room has great sunrise views. This house is located on the ocean side of the street but our personal house between it and the ocean. Stainless appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. Laundry is available for guest, shared with lower level tenants and located outside the unit in garage area.

Right on the CB boardwalk w/ many choices for ocean view restaurants, etc. Pet friendly with an additional $60 cleaning fee per pet and early check-in and late check-out fee $150 for each request w/ 2-day notice.

Our beautiful cottage comfortably sleeps six. Spacious deck highlights the amazing oceanfront views. Spacious gathering room and all stainless appliances. Beds made and linens/towels provided for each guest. Huge back porch boasts outdoor dining area, adirondack chairs, outdoor shower and private beach access. Stays include linens (sheets, bath towels and beach towels). Beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and Shibumi Shade are all available for your stay as well!

Vintage Mid-Century Beach Cottage

Our house is an original old school beach house built in 1962 by Bryan's grandparents. We love the blue formica countertops and the warm wooden paneling through the house. Hardwood floors, wood paneling and lots of natural light makes the house glow. It's mid-century all the way but bathrooms and kitchen are updated. A porch view that's perfect for watching the boats go by. It's on a quiet and residential street at the end of the island. Beach is 2 blocks east.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space that is oceanfront. Enjoy coffee or cocktails in the deck while watching the waves. Just steps from the beach with a garage to store all your beach and ocean toys. Everything you need is provided for your stay. Enjoy the pool and grilling area in the complex. Free parking on site. The boardwalk is 1.5 miles away with plenty of things to do and places to eat but far enough away that you have peace and quiet.

Welcome to Ola Verde, a unique, cozy and centrally located condo overlooking 180 degree water views of Banks Channel. Best for couples or small families. The views simply can't be beat along with the relaxing shady porch and proximity to local shops and restaurants. Park the car for the duration of your stay and immerse yourself as a local with a walk or bike ride to the beach, coffee, bite to eat or concert in the park. Lots of amenities on site as well

It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!
