Our house, located in the wild nature of Triglav National Park, is surrounded by a forest and beautiful mountains. Just under the house you can explore amazing water grove and a waterfall, which is known as energy point. In the valley you can enjoy the beauty of emerald green Soča gorge and if you're brave enough, you can jump right in. The house is a great starting point for many hiking trips. The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

This house freshly renovated is located in a small and quiet village at 5min from Kobarid. There is one big living room with kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A beautiful terrace with a swimming pool.

Cottage NA BIRU 1 by the Soca River

The Cottage Na Biru has one of the prettiest locations in the Soča valley. Undearneath mount Mrzli vrh and very close to our emerald Soca River on the edge of Gabrje village you will find a perfect spot for quiet or active holidays. There's tourist tax you have to pay at the arrival: 2 €/adult/day and 1 € for children between 7 and 18/day. There's one double and two single beds upstairs and a sofa in the living room, which means 5 people maximum. We can add a baby cot.

A wonderful house in the heart of historic Kobarid, offering stunning, comfortable accommodation for 6 people, set over three floors. Luxury modern kitchen, three double bedrooms all with luxury en-suite, wet room, and underfloor heating. We have a charming wood-burning stove in the lounge and plenty of wood to keep you cosy on a chilly winter evening! We also have full central heating via radiators and underfloor heating. Kamenca Matajur is located in the small mountain village of Jevšček. The accommodation can accept 2 people in one queen size bed and has a private bathroom and a private entrance through a staircase. Separate parking space available. The closest grocery stores are located 15 minutes away in the town of Kobarid or Tolmin. -The last kilometer of the road before the village is not in good condition and requires slower driving (see photo)
