Welcome to Lakebay Getaway! Our Nordic-inspired cabin is the perfect escape for anyone seeking a fun and relaxing time in nature. Located on 6+ acres of forested land, staying at the cabin feels like you’re at your own little mountain retreat, even though you’re close to town and plenty of other things to explore. Whether you’re stopping in for an overnight, or interested in a long term stay, our all inclusive cottage is located on the property where we live in a beautiful area first developed by the timber barons of the Northwest! Located with easy access to I-5, JBLM, American Lake, Lake Steilacoom, Gravelly Lake, the Tacoma Golf and Country Club, Chambers Bay, Lakewold Gardens, and Thornewood Castle...we’re a mile and a half off of I-5 and about a mile to Starbucks, Safeway, Chipotle…

Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. Right on the water with use of kayaks, paddle boards, & canoe. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs - $50 each.

Driftwood Suite

Restful, view, apartment on Anderson Island. Far away from the hustle of the city, but not so far away. Ride a ferry from Steilacoom WA, in South Puget Sound, to arrive at this unique island get-a-way. This space is perfect for a couple getaway, or a family looking for an opportunity to be away from the city. There is currently not a store, a gas station, or a coffee shop on the island. Please plan your meals accordingly There is a restaurant for lunch and dinners.

The historic house has plenty of room to spread out and, comfortable spaces to gather together. Launch your kayaks (provided) from the private beach or dock, then paddle around and explore Filucy Bay. For fine dining (or just great, casual food), visit nearby Gig Harbor or stay and cook in the well-equipped kitchen.

This very unique, secluded, pristine cottage is located less than 90 minutes from Seattle on the Key Peninsula in a 17 acre cedar forest with ocean frontage. Expansive views of Mt Rainier are a feature of the Oberon Property, along with a very secluded waterfront access for launching your kayak or beach combing. Boaters and sailors can make use of the private mooring buoy as well.
