Our house is a two-level home with traditional Cycladic architecture, lovingly renovated in 2024. Nestled in the alleys of Chora--the historic and beautiful capital of Serifos island--it’s just a 10-minute walk from the central square, offering easy access to local cafés, restaurants, and shops. Uniquely positioned, the house is both central and secluded, providing a peaceful retreat for those who appreciate quiet, simplicity, and breathtaking views, while still being close to all the action.

Enjoy your summer holiday in Villa Lefteris.This 50q.m apartment has a wonderful view to the see and to the picture in port of Sifnos, Kamares.Just in front of the house you could enjoy a dire in the crystal clear, blue water. On the balkony you can admire the wonderful colours of the skay all day long and especially during the sunset. If you dream of peacufull nights by the see then that's the right place for you. Our apartment is fully equipped casy with details of island style decoration.

The Photographer’s House

My house is a old small two level house with traditional Cycladic architecture renovated during 2019, wedged in the alleys of the old and well preserved capital of Serifos island, named Chora. Due to its topography and the complex network of narrow alleys, there are no vehicles allowed only mules. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and a splendid panoramic view to the Aegean sea, away from the noisy port of Livadi.

Woodworker's Place Chora, Serifos

Renovated two-floor house located in the lower part of the old town (Chora). The kitchen and bathroom facilities, along with the living room and one of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are a sheltered bedroom and a shaded balcony. Ανακαινισμένο σπίτι 2 επιπέδων στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό της Κάτω Χώρας. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκονται η κουζίνα, το μπάνιο, το καθιστικό και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχει ένα μικρό υπνοδωμάτιο και σκιασμένη βεράντα.

Beach house in Serifos

Traditional island house on the beach. Located in a complex, on the quiet beach "Karavi", a short distance from the port (13 ' on foot). The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

Serifos Traditional House 2

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Η τοποθεσια του σπιτιού έχει το προνόμιο να βρίσκεται δέκα λεπτά απο το λιμάνι με τα πόδια , αλλά και σε μια πολυ ήσυχη περιοχή με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα , στο λιμάνι αλλά και στη χώρα . Πάρκινγκ μιας θέσης ακριβώς δίπλα στο σπιτι .

Α beautiful Cycladic house , located on the rocks , only one meter from the sea ! Words are not enough to describe the view of the Agean sea ,Kamares bay and the unique location! The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .

Το κατάλυμά μας βρίσκεται στην Χερρόνησο, ένα μικρό, γραφικό ψαροχώρι, στο βορειότερο τμήμα της Σίφνου. Πρόκειται για μία ιδιαίτερα ευνοϊκή τοποθεσία, καθώς είναι από τα μοναδικά σημεία του νησιού που δεν πιάνουν σχεδόν καθόλου τα μελτέμια. Στην γειτονιά μας υπάρχει ακόμη ένα μόνο σπίτι, που ανήκει σε μία φιλική και ήσυχη οικογένεια με παιδάκια. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν επίσης δύο ταβερνάκια, mini market και αναψυκτήριο.
