Within 5 minutes by feet you have access to supermarkets, restaurants, small shops and in 1km is the village Souvala where there are other restaurants and touristic areas. Close to beaches, ski school, tennis court, basketball court, hotels, restaurants, forest, parks, 30' from Athens Centre, 30' from Athens Airport.

Studio by the sea

A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

The appartment renovated in 2025, is ideal for short or longer stays. It is situated on the garden level overlooking the sea. Vagia village is the only place in Aegina where you can enjoy the unique experience of going to a wonderful beach, going dinning or hiking on foot, without using your car.

De uniekheid van deze woning is dat deze hoog gelegen is met en achtertuin waardoor u kunt genieten van een koele wind, rust, een mooi uitzicht over zee en over de heuvels. Daarnaast loopt u in vijf minuten naar de zee. De woning is gelegen aan een doodlopende straat waardoor u een heerlijke rust zal ervaren.

A 70sqm house with a bed room, livingroom with fire place, kitchen and w.c with shower. It is located in a cottage of 4.300 sq meters full of olive trees. It is propter for a couple and 3 children or 3 persons and 1 child, or 4 adults. Iti is a relaxing place. In the village and the places around, anyone can ride bicycle and enjoy walking. You can reach the Monastery of Agios Nektarios walking in about 30 minutes.
