Walter's place worked great for my month of italian study. Clean, with everything I needed. Very pleasant neighborhood one stop away from the touristy part of Rome. One thing to note, it doesn't have a couch or a living room so you hang out in the kitchen or the bedroom. Fine for me. Very happy with my stay.

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this apartment, and we highly recommend it. We stayed for one month, and the apartment had everything we needed. The positive points we noticed are as follows: Central location, easily accessible by public transportation. Just two blocks away from the metro (with an elevator). Conveniences nearby: Supermarket, pizzeria, clothing stores, and more right downstairs. Heating: The apartment was always warm. Spacious apartment: Perfect for a family of four or even larger families. Elevator: Very important for us since we had a baby stroller. However, it was unfortunately out of order for 3 out of the 28 days we stayed. Very friendly host: Always quick to respond and assist us with anything we needed. Large balcony with a beautiful view. Thank you again for this amazing stay! If we return to Rome, this will definitely be our first choice.

We stayed five nights in Gordon's apartment. Well equipped with everything we needed to prepare breakfast and a late dinner. We were very pleased with Gordon, he met us earlier than the agreed time, showed us everything in the apartment and gave us basic directions for sights and places to eat and gelato. We visited all the recommended places and were very satisfied.

Angelo is an extremely nice person and has a beautiful apartment. It is on the top floor and the balcony has a beautiful view. Very comfortable and clean. There isnt wifi but that was okay for us. Great stay

It’s difficult to go anywhere without a car in Latina. Unfortunately we can’t rent a car since it’s Friday when we arrived there, and Sat & Sunday are holidays and the car rental companies will be closed. The host is extremely helpful and took us the things we needed in the house.

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

Anna Maria fue muy amable durante nuestra estadía. El alojamiento de encuentra en un barrio universitario, por lo que hay varios bares y restaurantes, lo que a nosotros nos pareció bien. Tenia varios locales comerciales cercanos donde comprar, los restaurantes a buenos precios. Nos movimos en taxi para acercarnos al centro o a la estacion de trenes, de todas maneras se podía ir caminando, pero demorabas unos 20 minutos y de noche se veía un poco peligroso. Muchas gracias a la anfitriona por su amabilidad y cumplimiento.

Siamo stati 3 giorni e ci siamo veramente rilassati, l’alloggio vale il prezzo…. C’era tutto il necessario. Personale sempre disponibile! Grazie mille, torneremo sicuramente!

너무나 멋진 숙소 최고의 뷰.. 친절한 주인아저씨 덕분에 좋은 추억 만들고 갑니다 살면서 이렇게 오랜 역사를 갖고 있는집에서 잘수 있을까.. 그거 하나만으로도 충분히 멋진곳 들어가자마자 좋은 향기가 났어요 단점을 굳이 찾자면 숙소 찾기가 살짝 복잡했어요 좁고 높은곳에 있음 그치만 너무 친절하게 설명해줘서 그리 어렵지 않게 도착했습니다 구글 지도보다는 거리에 있는 이정표를 잘보고 가면 어렵지 않습니다 캐리어가 무겁다면 계단때문에 조금 힘들수도 있습니다 조금 큰차로 갔고 주차 하기 위해서는 좁은 터널로 진입해야되는데 거기서 차를 긁을수 있어서 조심해야됩니다 주차 공간은 꽤 많았는데 주차되어있는 차가 많아서 조금 밑으로 내려가야될수 있음 그리고 온수의 수압이 약해서 개운하게 샤워하긴 힘들어요 여름에 갔다면 상관 없었을텐데 살짝 쌀쌀했던 날씨라 찬물로 씻기 힘들었어요 전 그 사실을 리뷰로 통해 이미 알고 갔기에 괜찮았어요 하지만 꾸미는거 좋아하는 여성분은 힘들 수도 있어요 전 멋진 집에서 자보는 경험이 더 중요했기에 상관 없었습니다 벽난로도 있어서 남편이 아주 좋아했어요 신나게 불떼고 놀았어요 특별한 경험을 하고싶다면 적극 추천 다음에 또 오고싶습니다

Mi è piaciuto tutto di questa esperienza: la bellezza del paese e dei suoi dintorni, la casetta nel cuore del borgo, accogliente e funzionale, la disponibilità e gentilezza di Maurizio, la cordialità degli abitanti. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca itinerari fuori dalle rotte del turismo consumistico mordi e fuggi.

Massimiliano und sein Vater waren die besten Gastgeber, die man sich vorstellen kann. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, Empfehlungen gab es immer wieder und die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Hier kann man sich wohl fühlen. Vor allem für die Anreise mit dem eigenen PKW ist die Wohnung äußerst empfehlenswert. Der Wagen steht gut auf dem eigenen abschließbaren Gelände und man erreicht in knapp 10 Minuten die Regionalbahn, die in 15 Minuten beim nächsten Metro-Verteiler oder in 20 Minuten bei San Pietro hält. Auch in der direkten Umgebung gibt es gute Möglichkeiten einzukaufen (darunter ein wunderbares kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft direkt am Bahnhof). Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist die Wohnung ideal! Vielen Dank Massimiliano und seiner Familie, die uns über die Ostertage 2025 beherbergten.

Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

L appartement de Marco est idéal lorsque vous arrivez à la gare termini de Rome c est à 10 mn à pieds . Tout est accessible facilement : Colisée, fontaines , Vatican .. depuis l hébergement on a pu en profiter pour découvrir les petites rues sur le parcours. Deux chambres deux salles de bain .. et une belle terrasse pour prendre un apéro ou un petit dej . Bonne literie (appréciée après nos excursions) Marco est très réactif il répond ds la minute aux messages 😬 . Je recommande

hi we stayed in carmens place for 3 nights with a toddler and 3 month baby. Carmen was very helpful right from booking and made sure everything was ready for us and the kids . she had a baby cot ready along with toys for my toddler. she infact allowed us to check in early by 11 am and kept the apartment ready for us. she even helped us move the luggage to the room and informed us everything about the room . The only downside of the apartment I can think of is small lift which will make u travel atleast twice to get ur luggage up. if your travelling light it should be ok . thanks Carmen for hosting us .

Christina is a fabulous host. We were met at check in and shown around the apartment. It's a very quirky apartment in a good way and have some outstanding decorative fixtures and fittings in keeping with It's Title Johnny's Industrial apartment. Rome is a beautiful city, easy access into centre of Rome with bus and Tram within walking distance. Unfortunate timing for us with the passing of Pope Francis, but will definitely go back. Very well equipped for our short stay. Christina is extremely knowledgeable about the area and will get back to you almost immediately with any queries. Fabulous huge Hot Tub off the back bedroom, didn't use it but that was down to health reasons. Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely host....I would recommend. Thank you Christina 😊

El departamento es hermoso, tal cual las fotos. Muy buen gusto en cada detalle. Muy equipado, tenía de todo en la cocina y baño. Fue fácil acceder al departamento con las instrucciones que nos envió Robby. La zona es super tranquila y a 5 cuadras de Termini, que es un buen dato para moverte fácil en Roma. Es anfitrión super recomendable!

This place is the perfect location! Via Palermo is close to everything! In Italy, you’re going to walk, but this location was super centralized to everything you’d want to do. If you want to Uber, you can. They pick you up right in front of the entry door. Some things to note, this place is spacious and was perfect for 2 couples. The room with the large tub is bigger, but the toilet is not in that room/bathroom which was fine. The tub which was why we got this place isn’t fully functional and could have been updated with new shower mats, but not a huge deal. Just be careful when you shower to not slip because it’s high up and the water can get everywhere if you don’t place the shower head correctly. I recommend bringing your own shampoo/conditioner/body soap because what was provided was the small hotel packets. We also had to ask for more towels and noticed there wasn’t extra toilet paper, all very small things. I would definitely stay here again! Very responsive & helpful hosts!

It was a pleasure staying at Paolo's place. Paolo communicated very well and offered suggestions where to eat etc. The place is clean, in a quiet area yet very close to shops and restaurants. I would gladly stay here again.

L'appartement se situe juste en face d une plage accessible gratuitement dans un quartier calme. Marchande de glace adorable au coin de la rue 😊 Couchage confortable. Cuisine et salle de bain agréable. Compter une grosse heure pour rejoindre le centre de Rome en bus et train. Merci a Roberto pour l'accueil
