Set just outside of the city of Milford in the country, it's located in central Delaware , making it convenient to many places, 5 min. to DE Turf complex, 20 min. to Dover, 20-25 min. to Rehoboth and other beach destinations. Being so close to Milford there are many food and entertainment options, less than 5 minutes away. This is a very relaxing, peaceful, country house with full kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV in both bedrooms, and full coffee/ tea station.

Stay in peace at this smoke-free, quiet abode. Within 10 mins of Milford (Bayhealth Sussex, Walmart, shopping, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.). 15 mins: DE Turf, Milton, breweries. 20-30 mins: Bowers Bch, Pickering Bch, Sports at the Bch, Dover & Georgetown, theaters & casinos. 30-45 mins: other beaches and outlets. Family home named after our sweet friend Mr. Bill. Adjacent of DE TURF SPORTS COMPLEX. Great for families, coaches, traveling nurses and more. Super convenient to our Delaware beaches, Dover Air Force base, hospitals, restaurants and surrounding towns. A warm, cozy, smoke free and spacious home on a half acre with a family vibe, large dining table, outside deck, ample living room/sleeping options. Plenty of parking for multiple cars. Sleeps 10, can accommodate an additional 2 with couch bed.

Beach Highway Hobby Farm

We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). We are centrally located in southern Delaware with many attractions within easy driving distance: Rehoboth Beach (35 minutes) Delaware State Fairgrounds (10 minutes) Dover Downs/Firefly (30 minutes) Ocean City, MD (50 minutes) Cape May/Lewes Ferry Terminal (30 minutes) DE Turf Sports Complex (20 minutes)

Guest Suite with Private Entrance

My wife Justine and I are pleased to host this guest suite with private secure entrance and private bathroom. We do live in the main part of the house full time so you may hear us rattling around from time to time and coming and going or working in the yard but most of our time is spent at the opposite end of the house. The room is completely private and inaccessible from the main house. The screened in porch is shared with the main house. We do not currently have WiFi access in the Airbnb.

Waterfront Retreat

This renovated beach front home (with an EV Charger) sits on 3/4 of an acre and is as much about the indoors as it is about the outdoors. It boasts heated marble floors, towel warmers and LED mirrors with built-in defoggers in the bathrooms. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 5 distinct outdoor spaces to suit the mood or the occasion. For the water sports enthusiast, there's plenty of room to launch your kayak, a day sailer or even a catamaran.

Mast Cabin

Enjoy a peaceful stay in our cabin set in the edge of the woods. The cabin is 100 feet from our house, and has its own gravel driveway along the woods. We are located in a rural area on 8 acres, 30 miles from DE beaches. Absolutely no marijuana use anywhere on the property, and no smoking in the cabin. When requesting to book, please include a message telling us who is coming (max 2 guests) and the purpose for your travel plans. Requests without this basic info won’t be approved.

Peaceful off the beaten path on the Delaware Bay

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Lovely off the beaten path bay house. Enjoy nature. Bird watch if you are lucky you may see dolphins. bring your fishing pole or kayak. this beach is not good for swimming. Rehoboth beach is about 45 minutes away De turf Spots Complex about 15 minutes away. only 1 dog Preferably under 30 lbs but we'll make exceptions. You may also see black sand depending on what the tide is doing. cold weather discounts in place on calendar.

Sofa queen size pull out bed complete w/linens. 12 miles to DE Turf, 7 miles to First State BMX, 26 miles to Lewes, 29 miles to Rehoboth, 27 miles to Dover Downs, 16 miles to Dogfish Brewery.
