All Guests & owners have sole use of the lake and can bring their own boats, kayaks, water boards etc. During the spring/summer months guests can book onto the water park on the lake. On site restaurant/bar, and award winnning Hodbarrow Nature Reserve & near beach. HOT TUB on decking overlooking the lake. Whether relaxing under the night sky in your private hot tub watching the bat display, cooking up a meal on the outside grill/inside stove or maybe simply sit and relax gazing at the ever changing coastal view. Deers, Badgers, foxes, bats, owls, hedgehogs, buzzards and red kites are a few of our lodgers. An ideal base to explore the Hidden Gem of the Lake District.

Pet Free! Please note - the lodge does not accept children under 7 yrs of age. Near the beach, onsite water sports centre, aqua park, wake park and some fantastic walks in Cumbria. It has a Kingsize Double Bed and a Twin, Smart TV, Free WFI, Parking, fully equipped kitchen and views of the 200 acre lake. Bring your own kayaks and paddle boards. There is also a Ski Bar which serves food and drink. Towels are provided. The nature reserve is a birders paradise! There are local amenities nearby.
