Explore the loving details to be found throughout the apartment. Our goal is that you look forward to returning "home" at the end of a full day of sports or sightseeing. Sie verfügt über hellen Wohn-Essbereich mit moderner komplett ausgestatteter Küche, zwei Doppelschlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, Bodenheizung, gratis Wi-Fi und eine sehr große private Terrasse. Von dort aus können Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge und das Inntal, sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter genießen.

Der wunderschöne Blick von Wohnbereich und Terrasse aus über die Felder Achenkirchs, direkt auf das Rofangebirge und die Seekarspitze, erleichtert das Fallenlassen vom Alltagsstress und lädt zum Genießen und Entspannen ein. Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

Karwendelblick & Zirbenholz

Das 1-Zimmer-Appartment wurde 2025 komplett renoviert. Zentral gelegen - nur 5 Min. vom Bahnhof entfernt - ist man in wenigen Minuten in der unberührten Natur. Die Wohnung hat eine Terrasse, Garten sowie einen Tiefgaragenplatz. Kinder sind herzlich willkommen und bis 6 Jahre berechnen wir keine Zusatzkosten. Bitte bei der Anfrage einfach im Text vermerken. Die Kurtaxe liegt je nach Saison zwischen 2,20 € und max. 3,- € pro Erwachsenen und mit der Gästekarte gibt es einige Vergünstigungen.

Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.
