This modern home is located in a quiet street and is decorated well to suit any holiday goer. Features include: a private courtyard where you can relax the day away, an outdoor entertaining area, open plan lounge and dining, with TV and DVD player and reverse cycle air conditioning, modern well laid out kitchen including, fridge and dishwasher, free WiFi throughout, master bedroom has a large King bed and en-suite and the second bedroom has 2 single King beds, family bathroom, laundry and remote control single garage. This is one place that would be great to stay at for your next holiday to Phillip Island, so close to beach, shops and cafes. No smoking policy Pets considered-outdoors only Please note sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare rugs, bath matts, hand towels and tea towels. There is a cleaning fee of $55 and a linen fee of $55 and the total of $110 is charged to you. STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. My place is between the shops and the back beach. It is a short 5-6 minute stroll to Sorrento village with its restaurants, nightlife, public transport, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the location, the size, the secure outdoors space, the ambience and the neighbourhood. Victorian long weekends are a minimum of three night bookings. Peak season in January is minimum of one week, unless negotiated.

McCrae beach villa. Newly renovated 2 bedroom villa with a lovely private courtyard . Walking distance to beach (3min), trendy restaurants and Coles supermarket(3min). Close to all but at the same time very quiet street with a native trees and birds. Also 18 minutes drive to St. Andrew’s back beach and 15 minutes drive Peninsula Hot Springs . We love this location.
