公寓位于卡塔海滩一公里多附近的山上，适合体力好的年轻人居住，或者老年人打车出行，原因是门口的下坡路段非常陡峭，坡度大约有17度。不过，也正因为如此，房子周围很安静。 Reception非常nice,check in和check out都非常便捷，特别是我们在早晨5:40离开，房主工作人员还亲自跑来拿钥匙。 公寓有一间卧室，一个客厅，很干净，没有虫子。坐在阳台上，就可以远眺卡塔海滩。

Nice and clean apartment in the center of Patong. Close to night life and in a walking distance to the beach. Good wi-fi. Changing towels and cleaning every two days

Fantastic apartment in a great location!! Clean, spacious and stunning view, the apartment is tastefully decorated with everything you need. It is only a few mins away from the beach and all the shops, but as it is elevated and overlooking Kata beach, it feels much more secluded. Great host, highly recommend 🤩

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent. The apartment is very nice. The master bedroom has some noise from the street only if loud cars are passing by. Rarely is there noise from the bars unless it's a special occasion. The second bedroom always is very quiet. Other reviews mentioned smells from the washing machine; this is user error of not leaving the door open long enough for it to dry after using it. When left to dry there is no smell. The building staff are excellent; kind and accommodating. Everything here has been great and we are very happy to have found this listing and would definitely recommend it.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt. Das gesamte Team war außergewöhnlich freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Besonders schön war es, abends mit geöffneter Balkontür einzuschlafen – das sanfte Rauschen des Meeres war wie ein beruhigendes Schlaflied und hat uns direkt ins Reich der Träume begleitet. Ein besonderes Lob geht an den Manager Morgan, der mit seiner Aufmerksamkeit und zuvorkommenden Art unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen – und wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Our experience with Pk and the apartment has been excellent. Contact from the outset was very smooth and Pk will assist with transfers if needed. He understands clients need great comms and clear information and he achieves this be setting up a Watsapp group with his team to cater to your needs and in this case was Snow. When we arrived Snow was there to greet us and give us a tour and hand over the apartment access cards. We needed to hand over a small cash deposit which was absolutely fine as Pk advised beforehand but I mention this as a heads up. The apartment is the residence block of Paradox resort however you can’t use their facilities. The apartment itself is Excellent, very clean, well located and a good size for our 2 boys aged 5 and 3. It’s very well located to excellent restaurants (yoyo/Tiki/Jays kitchen) has a great pool/balcony. Check out was very smooth and quick again with Snow meeting up to give back the deposit. Overall excellent and would stay again if in Karon ?

Die Wohnung von Nym hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Habe mich gleich wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr schön und ruhig dort umgeben von mehreren privaten Unterkünften. Ich fühlte mich dort sicher. Man kam nur mit einem Code an dem Anfang in das Gelände der Ferienwohnungen. Die Lage war super. Wirklich nur 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. In zwei Minuten war man auf der Hauptstraße, wo es ein Lebensmittelläden, viele Restaurants, Cafés und Massagesalons gab. Ein perfekter Ort ohne viel Trubel um zu genießen und sich ausruhen zu können. Eine kleine Anregung: für die Terrasse wäre ein bequemer Sessel oder auch eine Liege sehr schön. Ich danke dir Nym. Ich kann die Unterkunft weiter unbedingt empfehlen

This villa was the perfect place for my sisters and I to unwind after spending time in the city. The views were impeccable, especially the elephants from the balcony! Rattiya was soooo sweet and left us some groceries to start us off right and we appreciated it SO much! We would definitely come back and stay here next time we’re in Phuket. Also, the beds were veryyy comfy!!

This place was amazing. It was exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for a place that was quiet with a beautiful view with easy access to the beach. It was exactly that. I found myself walking into town just to get snacks and drinks so I could get back to just sitting on the balcony in a chair staring at the ocean and watch the spectacular lightning storms we were having in the evening. I used the kayak that was available and toodled around, checking out some of the little pocket beaches and paddling around the oyster farm and sailboats. I ate most of my brunches at the Hill House Restaurant at the top of the stairs, because the staff was friendly and the view was the same as the bnb. It's beautiful and perfect and I would definitely come back. Thanks so much for a great, relaxing week.

This was our second stay at the beach house and it was every bit as magical as the first. We stayed for one week last time and loved it so much we stayed two weeks this time and wished it could have been longer. It's right on one of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket, and without the crowds of the many other tourist areas. You don't need a car -- take Bolt if you want to leave the area, it works great and we met some lovely drivers. But we only left twice in the two weeks we were there, the rest of the time we walked to restaurants and the small markets. Up the alley road and to the right on the main road is the best restaurant/smoothies/fresh fruit EVER. It felt like we became friends with the employees and even the cooks came out to say goodbye to us at the end of our two weeks! Also check out The Beach restaurant on one beach over (also an easy walk) for gorgeous sunsets behind Big Buddah. And the apartment -- adorable, comfortable, perfect location and view!

I recently stayed at this villa and loved everything about it. The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were very helpful and made sure all our needs were met. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway!

Great place to stay with amazing view. near town but not right in the noisy part. Well appointed and comfortable. perfect for family and couples and able to cook at home if your tired if eating out. Everything you need is there Christophe was a great host with advice and guidance. Just be mindful getting your luggage up to apartment was a little tricky. other than that perfect spot.

The location was quiet and private, which was great. It's away from the loud crowds. The view from the place was beautiful, too. Additionally, it felt safe with security posted at the front, giving peace of mind during the stay. However, it is on a steep hill next to a busy road, so getting to and from the main area was a bit tricky. If you don’t mind that, it’s a fantastic spot to relax!

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

The property is nice and private which we needed for our honeymoon, the pool was the main star of the show which almost made going to the beach a chore for how good it was. Selly is a amazing host who is super responsive and kind so you wont have any issues if you book with her. The place itself is near kata market which has loads of food and the kata beach. (Halal options aswell). Word of advice in regards to the property is that its situated on a steep hill, its not a crazy walk but if you struggle to walk generally its something worth thinking about otherwise for everyone else the walk might be good to burn the calories from the amazing food nearby. There is everything you need nearby (Cafe, 7/11, food court, activity booking place, fruits) All in all I would recommend as the area itself is quiet but close to the main hub.

Super happy with Mr.Ken and Mr. Pascals attention. The place is very clean and their communication regarding any questions was super quick. They are very responsible host and will take care of you in any way possible. My wife and I really appreciate having conversations with Mr. Pascal and getting to know more of the city . Looking forward to visiting this place again feels just like home.

Just a 7-minute walk from Patong Beach – one of the most fun (and delightfully chaotic!) places we've ever experienced. My girlfriend and I spent a month here and had one of the best times of our lives. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. We highly recommend Number 6 (about 15 minutes on foot) and Yan Zhao (open 24/7 – they serve fresh pasta, and we think that’s the name!). The apartment itself is great – comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi, perfect if you're working remotely. And bonus: there’s an amazing massage spot right on the ground floor. Only 150 baht for a seriously good massage!

We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights and had a very nice time. The place was just as described. It is spacious and comfortable and in a good location. Can recommend.

I like Dev's place. It's near the beach but still quiet. I will stay here again if i'm here.
