Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, lediglich der Wohnraum hat ein Fenster zu einem Schulhof in dem zeitweise Schüler lärmen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, also ausreichend Wäsche, Geschirr, Kücheneinrichtung, etc. Sie ist ideal geeignet für 2 Personen, eine zusätzliche Schlafcouch ist jedoch vorhanden.

Dort findet man mehrere tolle Restaurants, Cafés und Eisläden... Die Wohnung hat 2 getrennt begehbare Schlafzimmer und befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines Mehrparteienhauses. Zusätzlich ist ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Pelletsofen vorhanden.
