Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, lediglich der Wohnraum hat ein Fenster zu einem Schulhof in dem zeitweise Schüler lärmen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, also ausreichend Wäsche, Geschirr, Kücheneinrichtung, etc. Sie ist ideal geeignet für 2 Personen, eine zusätzliche Schlafcouch ist jedoch vorhanden.

A big bonus is free parking right in front of the house, so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest without any worries. After a day of exploring the town, you can return to a relaxing space with a fully equipped kitchen. Reliable WiFi and a Smart TV are, of course, included. The bathroom comes with a shower, towels and complimentary toiletries.

The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. Dort findet man mehrere tolle Restaurants, Cafés und Eisläden... Die Wohnung hat 2 getrennt begehbare Schlafzimmer und befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines Mehrparteienhauses. Zusätzlich ist ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Pelletsofen vorhanden.
