Die private Wohnung bildet das obere Geschoß eines Zweifamilienhauses in schöner Lage Nähe der Stadtgrenze von Linz. Kinder sind willkommen, die Unterkunft gilt jedoch laut Airbnb-Definition als nicht kindersicher (z.B. keine Fenstersicherung oder separate Thermostate).

A big bonus is free parking right in front of the house, so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest without any worries. After a day of exploring the town, you can return to a relaxing space with a fully equipped kitchen. Reliable WiFi and a Smart TV are, of course, included. The bathroom comes with a shower, towels and complimentary toiletries.

Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. Mit eigenem airbnb-Zugang zur Wohnung ist Privatsphäre gesichert. Ortstaxe vor Ort zu zahlen: €2,40/ Tag Erw. Kinder bis 15 Jahren frei. Es wurde viel Wert auf Kinderfreundlichkeit gelegt.
