Chalupa je vhodná jak pro lidi hledající pohyb, tak pro pohodáře toužící po klidu a soukromý. Kousek za chalupou začíná les, přes ulici teče řeka vltava. Půjčovana lodí Inge je vzdálená jen pár stovek metrů. Cyklotrasa je přímo před barákem. Koupání na Lipně si můžete užít za 30min autem. Stejně tak si můžete vyšlápnout na nejvyšší horu Šumavy - Plechý. Na výchozí body se dostanete taktéž do 30min. V zimě je možnost několika lyžažských areálů. Areál Lipno, Horní Vltavice nebo krásný Mitterdorf.

Lipno villa - 12 guests, pool, sauna, 5 bedrooms

A family house, not a hotel. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, 322 m2, rented whole to one group. Fenced garden with an outdoor pool (5 x 3 x 1.2 m, open in summer, warmed by the sun only - not heated), a gazebo with barbecue, a terrace and a playground. Inside: a Finnish sauna, a fireplace and a kitchen set up for twelve. Lake Lipno is a ten-minute walk away, 750 metres. Everything works and is looked after, but the furniture is not new - the house has been rented for years.
