Dit heerlijk appartement, gelegen op de eerste etage, heeft een prachtig uitzicht over de landerijen, ligt direct aan het water en biedt volop privacy. Via de voordeur komt u in een ruime hal waar u de trap oploopt en binnenkomt in het appartement. Via de gang bereikt u de slaapkamer met een comfortabel tweepersoons boxspringbed. Tegenover de slaapkamer is het toilet met daarnaast de ruime badkamer. Aan het eind van de gang is de ruime sfeervolle woonkamer met keuken en ook twee slaapplekken.

Dear people. I'am so lucky to live in my dreamhouse: a loft in an old sigar factory. The high ceilings and open space give an unique atmosphere. The house has an industrial look & feel but it's cosy and intimate at the same time. It's located in a quite street in the famous canaldistrict; it makes this spot the perfect base from where you can discover the city. A very cozy self-contained studio, right in the center of Hilversum. We are 5 min walk from the shopping area and station and 20 min from Amsterdam by train. We offer a quiet private loft bedroom (Dutch style) with double bed. On the lower floor is a private bathroom with toilet, a living room and an area for tea/coffee/ microwave. Television and WIFI are available. Our neighbourhood hosts many excellent bars/restaurants and just around the corner there's a great forest for nice walks.

Kom overnachten in de oude Wilhelminaschool uit 1884. In een rustige straat ligt ons gebouw dat ooit als school werd gebouwd, toen als Brandweerkazerne fungeerde en waar wij nu mogen wonen. Dit derde klaslokaal is met veel liefde en geduld opgeknapt en is nu omgetoverd tot een knusse Loft van 70m2. Omdat de ruimte een open trap en vrij open balustrade heeft is het appartement niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Kids vanaf 7 jaar zijn welkom.
