Walking and biking trails are steps away from our property and we are a short drive to Scott's Flat Reservoir. Bring your boats, bikes & kayaks! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this historic centrally-located place. Our home is right at the top of Broad St., a short walk down to bars, restaurants, coffee shops etc. Miners Foundry is about 5 min walk. This is a very ideal home and location for wedding attendees if you just want to walk to the local venues. Our house has three bedrooms, one on the main floor, and two upstairs. Small, well trained and non shedding pets are welcome after discussion.

Mountain getaway just 15 minutes away from town!

Relax and enjoy 5 acres of expansive views of the mountains and treetops! The house is surrounded by pine and oak trees with lots of privacy. Perfect family or couples getaway but still close to town. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfy! The kitchen is fully equipped. We are about 15 minutes away from downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. Yuba River, mountain biking, and hiking are about 20 minutes away from the house. Skiing is about 50 miles away.

You will share the house with a totally separate apartment on the ground level. The Madrone Studio is great for rest, relaxation, and being close to nature.
