New Smyrna Beach : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

This was our second visiting. We loved it so much the first time that decided to book again. Selma’s place is super comfortable, has everything you need, full stock kitchen, comfortable bed and endless sunrises with front row seats. Thank you again Selma for sharing your place with us. Can’t wait to come back.

The Unit was great and so was the host! Checking in was easy, as long as you get there before 10pm. Parking for one car was always available. Unit located on the 5th floor and close enough to elevator and entrance which made unpacking and forgetting something in the car not a big trek. Location is great at the Oceanwalk. On the beach with pools open till late at night. Pools were heated and beach was nice and clean. The only negative is that the Sun disappears behind the building by 2pm. But you only notice on a chilly day and if you are by the pools. As for the unit itself, it’s very nice. Views from the main balcony were stunning during Sunrise and Moonrise. The HVAC systems worked great and the beds were fine. Our kids had a great time. Host was very responsive. One the first night the water was cold. The next day someone was there and thankfully it was resolved quickly, with no issues for the rest of our stay. Would definitely recommend this place and will stay again.

First and foremost, the view of the ocean from the unit is absolutely gorgeous! Both the master bedroom and the living room have floor to ceiling windows with clear and close up views of the oceans. The unit itself is extremely cozy and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. The building itself is a bit on the older side and there isn't much around the surrounding areas, but this didn't matter as there was a very nice heated pool and the beach was just on the other side of the pool with private access to the building. Robert was responsive and periodically checked in on us. All in all an amazing experience and would love to visit again!

Nejma’s place was perfect for my 3 night stay. Her place is clean, comfortable and convenient. The beach and all the fun on Flagler Ave is easily walkable. I never drove once during my stay. The courtyard and breezeway on the grounds is a peaceful oasis that is decorated beautifully. Highly recommend grabbing a coffee at Cool Beans and taking it all in. Nejma is friendly and very personable. I’d stay again!

We stayed here for Jeep Beach and it was a lovely time! The room was great and so were the amenities. We will be back for sure.

This place is better than as described. Clean. Spacious. Safe. conveniently located. Near conveniences like restaurants, the beach, drug stores, grocery stores, gas stations, whatever you could need or want. It’s in a nice building in a decent neighborhood. Hosts promptly responded to our requests regarding check-in time. Nothing ever went wrong while we were there that would have required to contact. But I’m quite sure they would act as promptly as they did before we arrived.

Everything was wonderful! And Richard was very accommodating, even proactive on checking in with us to make sure we were good. It was so nice to be so close to the beach, if you needed to grab something at the house it was right there!

We had a great time at this rental. Idalberto was an excellent host and provided quick follow-up to all inquiries. The condo was in excellent condition with just about everything you could need for a long term rental. The kitchen was completely stocked with pans, silverware, plates, spices, etc. The ocean view was perfect from the living room and saw several dolphins during our stay and a few rocket launches. We will definitely return!

Maryna is an excellent host! She was very responsive when we had an issue with the lockbox, she sent someone there within 10 mins and she also came by to ensure the issue was resolved. The home was really nice, very clean and smelled fresh. On my next visit to Sanford I would love to stay here again.

Really great time! We brought our dogs for the spring break weekend. Super close to the strip of restaurants on the beach. Was a little pricey? But it’s spring break so I understand. Would definitely stay again in the future. There were guests upstairs, you can hear them walk around so that was the only complaint. They had a party one of the nights so it was pretty loud , but again, it’s spring break in Florida. Totally understandable. We spent most of our time out and about, so we didn’t mind too much. Love the New Smyrna area ✌🏼

Thankyou for a wonderful trip. You were a host that we will remember for a long timw. Your place was perfect for our trip. More spacious than it looks. But most of all, you were the kindest, most proactive host we've ever had. And check-in was a breeze and so well explained. And for ONCE the check out instructions were WONDERFUL. So simple and didn't seem like so many rules and things to do lol. Sounds silly, but it was so nice. The quick walk across to the beach was just wonderful! I feel like we should know you! You were just that friendly! ❤️❤️

We looked for a home in a quiet location right on the beach that allows pets. This beachfront home was perfect for our week long stay. We got up every morning for the absolutely beautiful sunrise, visited with our daughter in Daytona during the day and then returned to be on the beach to look at the stars and even saw 2 rocket launches. The private ramp to the beach is only about 20 steps and your feet are in the sand. The neighbors on the road are friendly too. We easily walked to get coffee, breakfast and pick up a pizza and groceries. The pictures listed are spot on, so what you see is what is there. The home has everything including paper products, spices, and cleaning products. I could tell there was a light smokey smell as another renter mentioned, but nothing that would make us not rent again. Miss the view of the sunrise already!

This was the cleanest Airbnb I've stayed in thus far! I am VERY selective about where I choose to lay my head and reviews which relate to the cleanliness of the home go a long way with me. As soon as I walked in, I could SMELL the CLEAN! Everything was perfect! So very comfortable, clean, and quiet! The kitchen was gorgeous with plenty of options for food prep, the bedrooms were well appointed with cozy beds, TVs and best of all, dressers!!!! It was lovely not to live out of a suitcase while we were there. I was on a time crunch the day of arrival and was able to check in 30 minutes early which was a big help! This is lovely, spacious home with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The tranquility of the back porch was palpable! We sat out there sipping morning coffee and watching the squirrels, birds, and even a bunny visit the nicely landscaped and private yard. 10/10 will definitely book here again for our Orlando trips! This house is Beautiful. It has plenty of room if you want to have guests over . Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Very comfy beds. All the amenities you could need on a vacation. We will definitely be back. Eileen was an attentive host and answered my questions very quickly.

Our stay in Kim's house in Daytona beach was great. The house is located 13 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the speedway and 10 min from DME sports academy. The house was as described and clean. The patio area and yard was great for everyone to socialize, play ping pong and cornhole we brought. The kitchen has everyhting we needed. Kim was an amazing host prior to and during the visit. She even dropped off new pillows when I mentioned that was the only thing she should look at upgrading- they were on the porch when we got back from our game! Great hospitality and cares about her guests stay!

The house was perfect! It was very clean, near the beach, with everything needed for time spent at the beach, like surfs, balls, trolley, simply everything! There was also a washing machine and dryer, which was very cool. The beds were very comfy, peaceful neighborhood around, sleeping there was like in the fairytale. Kitchen has the basic spices for cooking, containing fridge, fully equipped. We recommend this accomodation, communication with owner was very easy and quick, instructions clear. Definitely we would like to go back again some day.

Donald’s place was perfect for my friend and I to have a relaxing week in sunny Florida. His unit is as described and met all our needs. The location is ideal if you’re looking for a quiet beach getaway.

The condo was perfect! Daniel had amenities stocked like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The beds were comfortable. There were chairs, flotations, tents, and things to use to play on the beach. The pool was clean and comfortable to spend the day lounging engrossed in a good book. The location close to Daytona, yet in a quieter areal, was ideal!

We had such a great time when we stayed here for a few days. We’re from not too far away and yet this still made us feel like we were on a faraway vacation. We had a delay in getting to our location due to some challenges on our end and the host and Ms. Lisa were so helpful and understanding. Ms. Lisa even gave our daughter a stuffed animal upon arrival. A nice touch! We had a few questions during our stay and everyone was very helpful and responsive. We would come back!

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect—just a short, easy walk to a beautiful beach. The property itself was lovely, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire visit. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.
