The lower full bath and kitchen / dining room lets out to small private patio and attached small greenhouse with citrus trees and herbs, with fenced garden and clearing with ocean views nearby.

A balcony with bench seating and a granite table. We allow one small dog, under 40 lbs. 40.00 fee. Modern, clean, cozy. PLEASE!! NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY!
