ci siamo trovati benissimo, hotel in una zona bellissima in un quartiere fuori Amsterdam davvero soddisfatti.

Very clean and nice room in a quiet neighborhood, with a very nice terrace as well! Kenneth is very friendly and helpful with lots of reccomendations for things to do in Zaandam and the city.

Wir waren 4 Tage in den Pipowagen und haben uns vom ersten Tag an, sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Wagen war sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die direkte Nachbarschaft mit den Pferden hat uns gut gefallen. Wenn wir aus dem Wagen geschaut haben, hatten wir direkten Blick zu den Pferden. Nachts konnten wir sehr gut schlafen und haben die Pferde selten gehört. Beim Frühstück wurde auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen und Stefan hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Dadurch, dass das Frühstück im privaten Bereich stattfand, war es eine besondere angenehme Atmosphäre. Meine Tochter nahm an einem Ausritt Teil. Alles lief super und es wurde sehr auf die Sicherheit geachtet. Natürlich war das nicht kostenlos. Aber wenn ich irgendwo reiten möchte, ist das nirgends umsonst . Wir haben tolle Tips bekommen und uns hat die Stadt und Strand sehr gut gefallen. Lieben Dank an Stefan und Guido für einen besonderen Urlaub!

We had a great stay at Davide’s place! He was very responsive, informative, and helpful throughout. It was quite cold during our visit, and when we asked for extra blankets and more heat, he took care of it immediately—much appreciated! The best part is definitely the location: right in the city center, literally steps from restaurants, bars, shops, and just an alley away from Kalverstraat, the main shopping street. The apartment itself is comfortable, with plenty of snacks provided (thank you!). It’s also easy to access, with both tram and metro stops nearby. As others have mentioned, the stairs are steep—but that’s typical for Amsterdam. If you’re traveling with large luggage and don’t have mobility concerns, it’s totally manageable. Would definitely recommend!

The host is very kind, I will definitely come back next time. Everyone should come here to experience it. It's cheap and very good❤️❤️❤️

We had an amazing time at this peaceful and beautiful place! We stayed for 5 days and came by car. We were surprised how wonderful and pretty the whole property is decorated and felt like we found a little oasis in this garden. It had a pond, several sitting spots, two sheep, cuddly cats and more. We actually took off time of our city trip to spend more time in the garden :D Good breakfast, functioning and clean kitchen, pretty and clean rooms… we don’t have anything to complain about! Thank you for everything :) we will return!

Muy lindo lugar, personal muy amable. El desayuno vale la pena, es muy abundante y rico. Muchas gracias por la hospitalidad , nos encantó el hotel, zona muy tranquila y la habitación muy cómoda.

Lovely place and as advertised. Simon was really helpful and responsive. We knew it when we booked, but its a 25 mins taxi to the centre of Amsterdam however Uber availability is very good. We would highly recommend visiting the restaurant next door too which served an amazing surprise vegan set menu! Simon advertises it clearly on his listing and it wasn't bad but you can definitely hear noise from the restaurant when open at all hours. Would recommend a visit here and thanks for having us, Simon!

A nice and a quiet place but little bit far from the city but still a great place

Really lovely stay - amazing room! Location was really good and not too long into the city centre on the bus/ferry - walking took longer but it was still doable. Mieke was really friendly and very helpful, quick with responses and understanding. Would definitely recommend - just make sure you look into the public transport ahead of time to make sure you are happy to make that journey. :)
