Een compleet keukentje en een badkamertje met toilet en douche. Het huisje bevindt zich in de achtertuin van de eigenaar, met eigen ingang en voldoende privacy! This is the most laid back boat and bed in Amsterdam. The location is perfect, very close to the center but just far enough to retreat from the hustle and bustle after your city visit. In your completely separate quarters you will have everything you need to feel at home. A separate entrance gives you the freedom to come and go as you please. The 40m2 guesthouse is located in recreation area "Spaarnwoude", (3 persons in the house and we can host 2 extra persons (kids) in a caravan) included season shared pool and with a all year around outside hottub close to the beach of IJmuiden/Zandvoort and train-busstation Amsterdam Sloterdijk (15min). Activities nearby: SnowPlanet, a golfcourse, horse riding, harbour and water activities. Bus 382 stops nearby. Ruigoord is close. Beautiful Bali-style design. We have an outdoor trampoline.

Two room appartment, located in the old city center of Purmerend. The shops, bars and restaurants are less then 50 meters from the appartment. Checkin is self checkin with key safe. Excellent bus connection to Amsterdam downtown ( 19 min.) 2 to 8 times an hour. Or to the main Subway hub in Amsterdam North ( 16 min) .The busstop is at less then 90 meters from the apartment. By car 19 minutes to central station. Exellent location for bicycling, the Beemster polder is just 500 meters away.

Een (Uber) taxi naar de stad is amper 15minuten. Deze woning is niet geschikt voor kinderen tussen 6 maanden en 4 jaar. Je bent van harte welkom.

Watergang est un petit village à 10 minutes de la gare centrale d'Amsterdam. Il est situé dans la municipalité de Waterland.
