A beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex with amazing views of the sound! Enjoy the sunset on the shared dock! There are kayaks for sunrise and sunset paddles across the sound (a hold harmless agreement must be signed before these items may be used). Beach access is a few yards away, and we provide a beach utility cart for your belongings. Enjoy, dining areas in each living room, cable, amazing internet, shared dock, and an outdoor shower in the back. Private laundry room is downstairs. We do provide linens at no additional charge unlike other properties on the island. However, you will need to make sure there is one load in the dryer, one load in the washer, and only one load remaining upon check out. Trash must be taken to dumpsters and dishwasher must be loaded and started as well. Additional $20 cleaning fees will be charge for each if not completed. If you would like a Linen Service for your stay, please reach out for potential contacts. Dog Friendly. We allow well behaved, house trained dogs under 50 pounds. Max of 2 dogs. Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Enjoy the dock, shoot some pool and play some foosball. This place has everything.

This home sits in a family friendly neighborhood that is in walking distance to Wilson Bay Park, Sturgeon City and the Riverwalk area of downtown Jacksonville. Very close, as well, to Camp Lejeune, Marine Corps Air Station and Beirut Memorial. If Kayaking is your thing, check out the pictures! Public kayak ramps are available at Sturgeon City. Coastal Home- Private Beach Access, Dock,Game Room

Hangin' Loose in Surf City is our piece of paradise at the beach, just a few miles south of the Surf City bridge. It's located on a quiet neighborhood street and is short walk to our neighborhood's private beach access or private day dock (no boat ramp) with direct access to the sound. The day dock is perfect to get use from the kayaks provided with your stay (4 single, sit-on-top kayaks), or come out to fish off of it! Must be 25 years old for rental.
