Cosy, double room in artist’s house.

We are NOT in the city of York, but a separate town 9 miles away, just to clarify. We moved to this characterful house 5 years ago, slowly renovating with a ‘Fawlty Towers’ vibe. This double room is in the attic so feels cosy, but with dual aspect original sash windows is bright & airy too. It’s the smallest of our rooms so ideal for quick stop overs and has use of our newly fitted shower room. This room isn’t suitable for dogs. I serve breakfast from 7am -9.30am, cooked breakfast from 7.30am.

Ingleborough Micro Lodge

Beautiful barn conversion which is ideally situated for walkers and 3 Peaks Challenge adventurers! It offers 3 bedrooms in the main house and is within walking distance of 2 local pubs and train station and has its own private car park for guests. Also 2 dog friendly micro lodges/pods are available which are located in the walled garden area next to the main house, both with private terrace. Pods are en-suite and equipped with TV, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee/tea making facilities.

This is a lovely, very spacious loft room, with en-suite. There is a TV, desk area, WiFi, tea + coffee facilities, fridge/ microwave, along with continental breakfast. Ideally situated in a quiet village, 3 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport, and 9 miles from Leeds City Centre, Harrogate and Ilkley. A list of local restaurants etc and there is a pub in the village.We are on a major bus route and Horsforth train station is 4 miles away. We are always around if you need anything - just ask!

West Royd - The Bay Room

Located in the picturesque village of Robin Hood's Bay, next door to the Wayfarer Restaurant and close to the Victoria Hotel. West Royd was historically run as a traditional B&B for over 20 years. Following the retirement of the previous owners, it is now run as a room only Air B&B. There are 3 guest rooms available each offers an old world Victorian charm with the advantage of all mod cons.
