A great stay! We got married in the area and needed a pet-friendly place to stay. So glad we found Aaron’s place! It’s a beautiful property, tucked away and quiet with plenty of parking space. The directions to the property and instructions for check in are detailed and clear and it’s such a cute space! What’s most memorable is how great of a host Aaron is - extremely responsive, flexible, and thoughtful. They were kind enough to leave a bottle of champagne for us before our wedding, and check out a little later the day after. Thanks again! We’ll definitely be back!

We had a lovely, cosy holiday stay with beautiful decorations and extra goodies to make it even more festive. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the beds were super comfortable. Kathleen responded rapidly and super kindly to all our questions. A great pick!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Susan and Emily were fantastic hosts. Excellent response time, and provided great information and recommendations. Our pup loved the fenced yard and all of the hiking and walking areas nearby. We highly recommend the cottage, especially for those with furry friends, and look forward to returning sometime.

Jeneene’s was a great place to stay for our family. Beautifully appointed and well set up for kids. An easy distance to the airport and Philly sports venues. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Easily accommodated 9 adults and 3 toddlers.

We stayed at David’s place for a long weekend with our 3 teenage kids. The house was nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. We were mostly spending time with family who are local, but the house is very conveniently located near Ardmore, which has nice shops and restaurants. David was proactive about communicating and very responsive when I had questions. I would stay here again!

The house was very meticulous cared for. Everything was neat and clean. The finished basement with computer desk and laundry area was thoughtful although we didn’t utilize that. My husband and children and I visited for family to watch the Super Bowl in the city that we are from. We got to do exactly that and show our children how Philadelphia looks in celebration of the win. The only thing we missed was television in the bedrooms since our children are younger. There is only one TV in the living room. We had tablets and all otherwise and with the WiFi it was an amazing experience! We would definitely stay here again. I felt very comfortable with our family because of the cleanliness! 100% recommend and thank you so much for your hospitality :-)

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

We stayed at Aaron’s on short notice due to a problem in our house nearby. Aaron was very flexible and accommodating even on such short notice. The surroundings were quite peaceful - enjoyed seeing the wildlife in the morning. Everything we needed was there and the cottage and location helped settle us while we continued to deal with water damage issues in our own home. Great place to just relax and chill.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Philly penthouse. Liam’s place was clean, homey, and inviting. All of the appliances and house amenities matched their description. While it was raining during our stay, Liam had covered areas on the roof which made our stay extra special. Will certainly rebook again! And look forward to our stay there soon.

Had a great time at Swida’s home, beds super comfy, entire home is clean and well decorated. Plenty of space for 7 of us, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Swida answers messages in a few minutes, made everything easy and straightforward. Thank-you!!

Best recommendation we can give is that on our next visit to Philadelphia , we want to stay at Thomas' location.

The host was extremely accommodating on both check in and check out. She was always very fast with responses, super helpful, she is a superb host. Would definitely stay at her place again

This is a beautiful apartment perfectly placed for exploring the historical sites in Philadelphia. My kids enjoyed the foosball table and we enjoyed the rooftop lounge space. I particularly appreciated the nightlights in the staircase since my kids had to go down the stairs to use the restroom in the middle of the night. We had an issue upon our arrival with a smoke detector chirping loudly due to needing a battery. Unfortunately it was too high (very lovely high ceilings) for us to reach. But they were able to come out and fix it before bedtime, which I really appreciated!

Great, quiet place to stay!

This place felt like a home away from home! It was very cozy, spacious and peaceful. Also Justin and Amy were super helpful and responsive when I had questions. This was my first time in Philadelphia and despite the weather, I truly enjoyed my stay!!
