Asunnossa on pieni ruokailutila ja keittiö, kylpyhuone sekä erillinen asuinhuone. Sänky on 140 cm leveä parisänky. Lisäksi on levitettävä divaanisohva (70/140*200 cm). Kysyttäessa patja järjestyy viidennelle. Asunnossa on lattialämmitys ja ilmalämpöpumppu viilentää kesähelteillä. Lähikauppa on lähes nurkan takana ja kauppatorille on n. 250 m.

Koppla av med hela familjen i denna snygga och välutrustade radhuslägenhet på ett lugnt område nära Nykarleby centrum. Förutom kök/vardagsrum, med utbäddbar soffa, och sovrum i bottenplan så finns även sängar för barn och vuxna på andra våningen. Badrum med bastu endast i bottenplan. Sommartid ordnas en extra campingdusch/toa i utebyggnad. Terass med grill mot väster. Starta dagen med kaffe i morgonsolen mot öster. Tio minuters promenad till lekparken och två minuter med bil till centrum.

Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Looking for old house charm with modern twist? Welcome to our house on Seminariegatan in Nykarleby, one of the town's most idyllic locations. Touches of traditional and modern Nordic design. Our house was put up in the year 1900 but the logs probably much older. It is ideal for spending time together in front of the fire, cooking, a walk in the forest, bathing in the outdoor wood heated sauna, or weather allowing hanging out on the terrace. The house is fully equipped.
