Enjoy neighborhood amenities such as a breathtaking waterfront Yacht Club with restaurant and live music (seasonal), Robert Trent Jones Sr. golf, farm market, playgrounds, 5 pools/fee (4 seasonal), and racquet club.

The Chesapeake House

Indulge in the ultimate beach getaway at The Chesapeake House, a newly remodeled 6-bedroom haven in Ocean City. Perfect for large families! Nestled on the serene canal, it offers aquatic adventures with kayaks and paddle boards. Enjoy evenings on the patio, grilling under bistro lights. Close to dining hotspots like Liquid Assets, Bull on the Beach, Lombardi's, and Kirby's. Delightful Skoolie Near Bethany Beach

Try tiny living! Come to the Delaware beach for a unique glamping experience. The Coastal Cruiser is a 1985 Thomas School Bus turned tiny home. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.

The Laurel House - Large fenced in yard!

Recently renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath with outside shower. 1625 square foot single family home with fenced-in yard in the Caine Woods section of North Ocean City. 2 Smart TV's, 2 TV'S with Roku, all with Netflix, Comcast, and fast Wi-Fi. Complete kitchen including dishwasher. Two off street parking spaces with ample free street parking in area. Short 5 block walk to the beach. Nearby shops, restaurants, community area, and amusements all in walking distance.

Tortuga Cottage: Your All- Season Getaway

This is an escape to reacquaint with family, nature, and your best self. Come home from the beach just a few miles away to enjoy the gas fire place, outdoor fire pit, and hot tub on chilly nights, fenced in back yard. Take advantage of the parks indoor outdoor pools golf yacht club, just moments from the cottage. Dogs are part of our family, and we are happy to consider canine guests on a case by case basis.
