There is a north facing courtyard. The area is totally private, allowing our guests to interact with us at their own level.

In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. A comfortable lounge/living room and bathroom with separate toilet are also downstairs. Up stairs is a generous bedroom with queen bed, ample storage, and a trundle bed for a little one.

A few minutes away are the beautiful beaches of Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads. The Bellarine Rail Trail makes for a lovely ride to Queenscliff for lunch or to explore. We have a friendly dog, and a lush garden to relax in.
