From crabbing, shelling, fishing, shopping or sun bathing at the pool ( which is right outside the door), we just want y'all to come home and relax and reflect. Beautiful 1100 Sqft 2-bedroom guest house originally intended as Mother-in-law quarters. The all-brick home is conveniently located in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. It is a 10-Minute drive to either Eglin Air Force Base or Hurlburt Field--and you can be at the beach in less than 10 minutes! Destin is only a 15-minute drive! Publix Grocery Store/Pharmacy is 1-mile away, and our local Walmart for any extras that you might need is only 2 miles from the property.

Less than a five-minute walk to a private beach in Destin, Florida! This Gulf paradise ground floor condo is DOG FRIENDLY. Located in the Chateau La Mer resort complex guests have access to a private parking space, heated pool, tennis courts, and private beach access. There is not an ocean view with this condo. This condo is 850 sq ft. It works well for a couple with up to two children. We do not recommend more than three adults staying at one time.
