This cozy, stylish home boasts modern amenities and historic charm. Originally a two-bed/one-bath 1922 bungalow, we've added a master bedroom suite that feels like an escape to a spa. The freshly remodeled three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is perfect for an extended stay with family, and just right for a weekend away with friends. Within walking distance to coffee, restaurants, and cute shops. A quick, ten-minute drive to Downtown Syracuse, Upstate University Hospital, and Syracuse University.

Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre farm and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, goats, chickens and fish that you can feed, a pond with boats, a honeybee apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature. Self check in, farm fresh eggs when available. 2 minutes from 690, 10 minutes from NY state fairgrounds!!! and 15 minutes from the Syracuse hospitals. Also 15 minutes from cross lake, and Weedsport racetrack. We are right next to the state trails for snowmobiling. DOGS on approval basis ONLY, with an extra 150$ pet cleaning fee. Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.
