Our 19th century farmhouse, 5 miles south of Geneva on Seneca Lake wine trail, is the ideal base from where to explore the gorgeous Finger Lakes region. Our organic farm offers hiking trails - great for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing too - through meadows, creek, woods and gully for the nature lovers with access to our lake across the road for a swim, a canoe, kayak or rowboat adventure. We provide it all:)) ... and, YES, we finally installed a brand new portable AC unit and it works!

Lilac Festival, Mother's Day, Jazz Festival: Spring & Summer are coming to the finger lakes. lots of things to do indoors and out. You'll be staying on 10 serene acres. Trails throughout for quiet walks, There is boating, wind gliding, water skiing etc. nearby. *There are lots of wildlife... i.e. deer, butterflies, birds. *Stargazing observations (since there are no street lights) as well as daytime/nocturnal wildlife and birds. Planning on visiting, I can point you to the happenings.

Day/Nt Registered guests. Addl guests coming after reserving need 2 pay add'l guest fee b4 approved. Early June: water is too cold for most to swim/kayak.
