The Willow Haus: Seneca Lake Wine Trail w/ Hot Tub

This lakefront cottage is perfect for a couple getaway or family vacation. No matter your interests all is close by - the foodie scene in Geneva or enjoying the outdoors and waterfalls at Watkins Glen State Park. Located on the West side of the Seneca Lake on the Wine Trail offering tons of wineries and breweries to enjoy. This waterfront cottage has lots of natural light and windows to watch amazing sunrises and beautiful views of Lake Seneca. Hot tub for 2 to add to your relaxing stay.

Overlooking a 3/4-acre pond, this 550 sq ft lower-level studio has a private patio, 2 entrances, full bath, queen bed and newly installed kitchen (after 3/15/24). TV has access to Netflix, Disney plus, Prime Video, and other Roku channels (no cable). Wi-Fi is continuous with listing and space has private access to heat/AC controls. Entrance is via keypad lock. Close to Canandaigua, Cummings Nature Center, CMAC, and wineries/microbreweries. Short drive to Letchworth State Park and Victor

Located in a quiet, private community with shared lake access just a 2-minute walk away—perfect for swimming and unwinding. Relax in the year-round hot tub with a glass of wine or your favorite beverage after a day of exploring.

The only house in 500' of lakefront. Quiet & beautiful & private. [See pics & feedback] A panoply of personal watercraft.  10 min to village of Naples.      House is upgraded mid-century cottage over a bridge at the end of the road – secluded, at the bottom of a cliff.   Outdoor hot tub, living room fireplace.   Big beautiful lake - right there - you'll feel it in your heart. The wifi is decent, but we recommend that you don't use, because it's best to sit lakeside and watch the stars!
