This unique place has a style all its own. you are 6 minutes far from beautiful Huntington beach pear , and 24 minutes far from Disneyland Park , each room has their own sound system and you can connect your phone to them easily , all house recently remodeled in Modern look, and has 4 king size perfect good quality mattress for your better sleep ,you can walk to tens of restaurants and market place from your Villa , also you can add another 2 bedroom detached villa to your reservation as well

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.

The house is recently rennovated featuring a clean and cozy feeling. Redesigned kitchen with an open island allows for cooking as well as entertaining throughout the night. Relax and watch some tv, with netflix provided. Ev charging available, ask for more info. Note: No pets allowed as I have family with severe allergies to animal hair. Note: Whole house rental. Property manager on site occasionally in garage with own entrance. Message me if you require a fourth bedroom and second bathroom.

Fees apply to the duration of your stay. A 24-hour notice is required. Our home is a short drive to Disneyland (10min), Knotts, Honda Center, Angel Stadium and the convention center.
