Separate entrance, large smart TV, internet, plenty of free parking, treadmill, mini fridge, coffee/tea maker, and private bathroom with laundry access. Quiet neighborhood and friendly family in attached house. Sorry, but no pets. Perfect for family or friends coming into to town for a UNC event.
