The villa enjoys a unique rural location set on a spacious private plot. A small pebble beach can be reached following a wild, stony path. In 2026 we are expanding the property with a new building that will allow us to host larger groups in the future. The structure is currently unfinished, and all construction work has been suspended for the season to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay for our guests. Perfectly located just 100 meters from the soft, golden sands of Kyani Akti Beach, Iniada Villas is a charming complex of two villas, each with an identical layout. Each villa features five spacious bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to ten guests.
