Preko puta objekta nalazi se park Perivoja kralja Tomislava i nekoliko teniskih igrališta. Od objekta imate samo 250 m do glavne tržnice i 500 m do Tvrđe i samog centra. Mogućnost besplatnog parkinga u dvorištu. Slijepa ulica u kojoj se ne naplaćuje parking!
