The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests, giving them also the opportunity to relax outdoors, since the villa offers various exterior sitting and dining spaces, including a BBQ area. It is undeniably the perfect choice for families or group of friends!

This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

Sueno sunset villa for 2 is located in a nice area which combines beautiful sea-views,it is part of a complex consisting of 5 other apartments,It is 2,3 kilometers from the port of Parikia .The old town, the shops and the night life are 1200 meters away. It is 33 square meters and has a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, a living room, 1bathroom and veranda with jacuzzi is not heated. You deliver it clean with sheets and towels and there is not a service include during your stay.
