Il se trouve à 2 minutes de marche seulement de la station de métro el Clot (ligne rouge et violette : à 10 min de la place Catalunya et à 4 min à peine de la Sagrada Familia). Dans la même station, vous pourrez prendre le train Renfe vers et depuis l'aéroport de Barcelone (30 min) L'immeuble (qui a seulement cinq ans) se trouve dans une zone agréable, bien reliée aux quartiers touristiques de la ville et bien moins bondée ! Les plages de Poble Nou sont accessibles à environ 20 minutes à pieds, et vous êtes très proches de la tour Agbar, du théâtre national, du marché Encants et de tous types de boutiques et de restaurants.
