We had a great experience with Sam and the overall stay. I had some last-minute changes to our booking, and Sam was incredibly accommodating and proactive in helping us adjust our plans smoothly—his communication was quick, clear, and friendly throughout. The space is exactly as described in the listing: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. It’s a cozy basement apartment. All the features—from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfy bed and living area—felt very intentional and well-maintained. Many little touches made the stay even better, like clear instructions, fast WiFi, and plenty of towels and toiletries. The location worked well for our trip. I’m almost afraid to leave an accurate review because this place is such a hidden gem I don’t want to compete when we try to stay here again. This home is so beautiful, well stocked, cozy, incredible neighbourhood, and I could go on and on. Ottilie was a thoughtful host with excellent communication and she opened her home up to my family. I will never try to stay anywhere else in Toronto! Thank you, Ottilie!

the check in instructions were extremely thorough and 100% accurate. checked into the condo building with no problems what so ever. 4 of us had plenty of room to sleep. amazing location near the rogers centre, can see it from the patio. all the bedding and laundry was clean and ready for use. fully functional kitchen. the entire place was pristine. Great location for any concerts or other events. Will definitely be staying here again!

We had a great stay at Thomas' place. He met us at check in, showed us the building, parking and any details we needed to know. He was very responsive, provided early check in, and coordinated parking spots for both our vehicles. The place was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely place , felt right at home . Crystal was very helpful and responsive, given it was a very last minute booking. The street was very quiet and so was the building itself . Very cozy getaway in the heart of downtown Toronto for an incredibly good price . Thank you so much for making our short stay nothing short of AMAZING !

If I ever have another event at the Rogers Centre or anything nearby I will absolutely be checking to see if this space is available. As someone who never has driven in Toronto Julian's easy to follow instructions made it a breeze, & the parking in the secure parking garage made us feel all the better. Julian was so understanding for our arrival & helped us every step of the way. The fact I was able to walk to both of my concerts & be in my seat within half an hour of leaving this apartment was outstanding. Thank you so much Julian, you have a repeat customer for sure!

Esther was a great host and we loved staying in her beautiful home! Her home is just steps away from public transportation, which made it easy to get around Toronto to see all the sites. She even had treats and fresh flowers waiting for us when we checked-in, which was much appreciated by my kids. Hope to visit again soon!

We had a fantastic stay here at Rosalinda’s place. It’s an amazing house, so beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfortable! It was a great location for us and our kids with easy access to Roncesvalles, the Queen streetcar and a lovely big playground on Sorauren! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Toronto

My 7 year old daughter and I flew in to Toronto for Taylor Swift's ERAS concert. I can not say enough about the location. The Rogers Center is right across the street- we could watch the line up at our gate and then head over when there was no line. Amazing view of Rogers Center and CN tour. We walked everywhere the entire time- CN Tower, Ripley Aquarium, Convention Center for the Tayl-gate party and could easily rest at the condo in between activities. The condo was super clean. The bed was SO COMFY! Fully stocked kitchen. My mom came to visit us for a night from Windsor and Oron was extremely responsive to my request for parking. He got us set up right away. I would 100% stay here again for an event!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay at Julie's place! Julie was instantly responsive and friendly, making us feel right at home. The house is ideally located and super pet-friendly, accommodating our rugged family perfectly. We loved the large dining area, which was fantastic for family meals, and the modern kitchen with a fun Euro stove was a highlight. She had everything we needed, and whenever I reached out, Julie was right there within seconds. I’d give her 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend!

We loved staying at Ann-Marie’s place. It is HUGE! And there are many beds and bathrooms. A great place to gather. We didn’t use the backyard but it looked like fun to sit around the fire pit. Would highly recommend Ann-Marie and her place.

Good spot for a last minute overnight stay with my dogs! Great location. Overall things were reasonably clean but the whole place could benefit a good deep clean. There was quite a bit of noise periodically late at night (dog running around upstairs) that kept waking up my dogs and I when we were trying to sleep. Overall it’s a good place for the price.

I can't say enough great things about this stay - it was exceptional from start to finish. We had to stay here while our house was being repaired and it was a home away from home. The space was clean, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked. The location was quiet and peaceful. Close to the park for the kids. Vivek was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. Communication was seamless and he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

My hosts Lucy and Don were completely accommodating, communicative, and responsive. Coming and going was a breeze. A completely outfitted kitchen with all that you'd need. The space offers total privacy. A quiet, but lively-enough neighborhood, steps away from Yonge St. It checked off all the boxes and I'm very satisfied with the experience and my stay.

We found Krishna’s place after having a horrendous experience at another air bnb and having to cancel it, and we had such a great experience here. It was clean, cozy, easy to check in, and within walking distance of so many great things. Krishna was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was absolutely amazing. It had everything you could possibly need and want. We enjoyed everything- the qames, pool table and darts. We wish we hadn't planned so much so we could make better use of everything. Thomas was very responsive and went out of his way to help when there was something we couldn't figure out. We loved being there and will definitely look to return if we return to Toronto

We had an excellent stay at Virginia’s place! Four of us came to Toronto for a concert at the Rodger’s Centre which was just across the street. The unit was quite a bit bigger than I expected! There was plenty of room for all four of us, we never felt crowded. We were able to walk to a huge variety of restaurants and activities. Virginia was beyond kind and welcoming. Super quick to respond and easy to communicate with! I would highly recommend staying with Virginia to anyone coming to Toronto!

Rachel a toujours été très reactive et très rapide pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Je recommande fortemment à tous ceux qui souhaitent visiter Toronto pendant quelques jours.

OMG I cannot say enough great things about this stay. I stayed the week of Christmas and my birthday. This was supposed to be a trip with my husband but he hurt his back right before so it turned into a solo trip. Rob greeted me with a bottle of Champagne upon arrival for my birthday and sent me cookies the day after Christmas. The condo felt so much like home with the fireplace and comfy furniture, it was probably one of the best Christmases I’ve had (even solo)! It was my first time in Canada and Rob was my first impression of that Canadian kindness I experienced my entire trip. The view from the condo window and the balcony were phenomenal. In freezing weather I sat outside just to soak it all in. Condo was great. Rob was great. Canada was great! I was so sad to leave I truly didn’t want to lol. But I will be back! It was truly magical. ❤️
