The Lakewood Loft is a safe, private cozy studio guest room, with private entrance and parking. Take the stairs up to your room with comfy queen size bed, private bath with remodeled shower, and a desk to get your work done (wifi available). Enjoy use of the pool area during summer months (contact host for more information). This area is located close to Fort Steilacoom Park. So you will most likely catch a glimpse of wildlife from your window or balcony, including eagles, osprey, and deer.

This is an ADA friendly property and the only steps (3) are on entry. Deck off the bedroom door with a small hot tub or cool tub if it’s hot out ! Street parking for one or two vehicles. Should you require 2 vehicle parking please discuss with me prior to arrival. I consider neighborhood parking etiquette very much!

The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a rollaway twin bed, HD Roku TV, big closets, and a desk. Private entrance, Street parking. Non-smoking. Private Bathroom with complimentary toiletries.

This private bungalow is the perfect retreat for someone looking for a cozy place while visiting Tacoma and the surrounding area. With all of the essentials - 1 bed(firm), 1 Sofa bed 2 smart TVs, refrigerator, washer/dryer access, convection oven, stovetop, jacuzzi tub, WiFi, private entrance and more; My home is a 1920's Craftsman home and I have teenagers. I have done my best to sound proof the space, however sometimes you will hear us upstairs.
