My wife and I built this cottage in late 2021 in quiet downtown Pensacola with our guest in mind. Our one bedroom one bath cottage is outfitted so you will have most everything you need. This includes a full working outfitted kitchen, cleaning & paper supplies plus more. Our cottage is located near Ever'man Coop Grocery & cafe, Joe Pattis Seafood Market , Maritime Park (Wahoo Stadium) , Pensacola's popular Palafox Street and other downtown favorites. Only 9 miles away from beautiful beaches.

Popular downtown Pensacola is only 3 miles away, the airport is 4.5 miles, and our beautiful white sand beaches are a quick 15 minute drive!

Experience a clean, comfortable getaway minutes from downtown Pensacola and a short drive to the beach. We treat our guests like family and make sure you have everything you need to experience a fantastic stay. We are always updating to ensure our guests have the best experience. Perfect for a couple’s retreat, the space features a cozy living room opening to the bedroom with pocket doors, a small kitchen, and a full bath. Kitchen was totally remodeled with new appliances in March 2026.

Take the kayaks to the bayou for a nice paddle where dolphins play. Screened porch for coffee, drinks or a meal outside. Originally designed for our close family and friends, The Bunkalow is now open to ALL! We are approximately 10 miles from the white sand beaches of Pensacola and Perdido Key. We are mere minutes from the NAS gate and a short 10 minute drive from all the fun to be had downtown! This space is ATTACHED to our home but has its own parking and garden entrance. The connecting door to your unit remains locked during your stay.

Located in a safe and convenient neighborhood, guests are walking distance to a local grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants, parks, and water access at Bayou Texar. It is only a short drive to the airport, shopping, downtown, and the beach. There is also ample parking for you and your guests in a large unfenced yard.
